what an amazing day!!
the pick-up from the hotel was really easy. we got on the bus at 6am, and returned at 5pm-ish.
our tour driver (jackie) was really lovely and funny :) despite the on-and-off rain, she made sure that we had a really great (and safe) day.
obviously the views were spectacular! i’d recommend the skywalk if you can, as it gives you a much better view of the canyon (without the skywalk you can still see the drop, it’s just difficult to do so while not getting too close to the edge!).
the food was also lovely.
for breakfast, we were given 2 muffins, a packet of belvita bars, a banana, and an orange juice.
for lunch, there are a few places that you can use your voucher. i agree with jackie’s recommendations to wait and use it at the guana point cafe - that cafe offers multiple meal options, and the picnic benches have an amazing few. i exchanged my voucher for a grilled chicken burger, corn on the cob side, mash potato/gravy side, and a bottle of water (very tasty and filling!).

Jackie was excepcional. Highly recommended tour.
Also, we had no problems cancelling one of our tickets.
I don’t recommend you to pay the extra money to do the skywalk. Not worth it IMO

Had a great experience. Bill C., our bus driver/tour guide, who was a wealth of information about the history of the area - the whole area!!! From Vegas to the Hoover Dam and all areas in between. A very enjoyable day. There were three in our group and we all had a great time!

Australian visitors to Las Vegas.
Booked a different day tour, and I was advised that the tour may not go ahead due to numbers .... we were the only booking.
This day tour was offered as the alternative.
Very interesting. Well worth visiting. Visited the dam and Boulder city nearby.

Overall good experience. However, the driver of the bus Patrick was one of the most rude and useless person I have ever come across in my life. He kept on heckling our group throughout the tour. People like Patrick should be kept in a mental asylum instead of driving a bus. But the tour guide Jerry was an amazing person, kept us entertained and informed throughout the trip. Really glad that I met him.
Eagle point is overhyped, extra 30$ spent for the skywalk is unnecessary as same view is visible without that.

Mr.G was very knowledgeable and courteous. Got to make several stops for great pictures. Was amazed at the Hoover Dam and all of its history. Thanks for a great experience.

Only visited South Rim so cannot give cost of West Rim sky walk. Whatever you decide to do, it is something you have to see, photos and videos of this place do not compare to actually standing on the edge.

We bought our tickets with our Expedia package deal for flight & Hotel. Full day Grand Canyon South Rim tour was $80 per person and we’ll worth it. Includes 20 min stop at Hoover Dam too. It was Awesome!👍🏻👍🏻

A crazy question! We are looking to book the south rim tour but are hesitant as my husband has a fear of heights. Will the hike be ok?

Hi, it is fine. The Grand Canyon is located in the Plateau. He can stand so far away and still be able to see the beauty of the canyon.
Some area of the paved trail is a little close to the edge, but he doesn't have to walk if he doesn't want to.

When you book through CG your conformation will have a note that says the bus will have a sweetours sign on it so I assume Yes.

You can, but I don’t see how you’d get close to the rim. The ground is uneven and rocky. It may be dangerous, especially if traveling sooo
