เพิ่งกลับมาจาก NY NY ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม คาสิโนที่ดีมาก ๆ บางครั้งก็แออัดไปหน่อย แต่ก็หาที่เล่นได้ Phil และ Roberto ที่ Centre Bar เป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก มีห้องบนชั้น 4 สะอาดและกว้างขวางมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวที่เรามีคืออาหารที่วิงโซน มีปีกที่เล็กและแห้งมาก จะไม่แนะนำ แผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าช่วยเหลือดีมาก จะกลับไปอีกครั้ง

Just got back from NY NY. Great location very good casino a bit crowded at times but found a place to play. Phil and Roberto at Center Bar are very friendly and helpful. Had room on 4th floor was very clean and roomy. Only negative we had was food at Wing Zone. Had wings really small and dry. Would not recommend. Front desk personal very helpful. Will go back again.

Tons of slots and table games, slots seemed to be a little looser than others on the strip. Plenty to eat and drink.

Robs innocent patrons
Refused to cash my 5k chip solely because they couldn't verify the play. The Nevada Supreme Court said this was illegal in Young vs Nevada. To paraphrase the supreme court: "Anyone who has ever played at the casino is a patron, and the casino must promptly cash chips of all patrons, unless they have a reason specifically authorized by the law; 'we can't verify the play' is not such a reason." I am not responsible for MGM's incompetence at recordkeeping. I even told them the exact date time and table I won the chip but it didn't matter because they only retain the video for 1 week unless something significant happens. MGM ought to be sued for 8-figure punitive damages for their chain-wide policy of robbing anyone of chips that MGM's half-assed attempts can't connect to a play.

Comfy bed and pillows, nice bathroom
Two chairs to relax but not so spacious, pretty much relax in your bed. Tv alright.

Did not stay here, we played in their casino and had 2 dinners at the hotel. Decorated like a New York street. There are plenty of restaurants and shops. Close to MGM and Excalibur. Must get pictures of the Statue of Liberty

Good layout, like it there

I like the easy layout, the easy access to the strip and the variety of slot mahcines. Cocktail service was good but unforunately the vodka and cranberry juice drinks were not (small glasses and - both times - where was the vodka??)

The music can be way too loud at night if you are near the piano bar but other than that, this casino remains one of my favorites.

Worst experience in 20 Plus visits to Vegas over the last 8 years.

As frequent guests and just returning from a trip. I strongly advise all to save your money and go elsewhere. SLOTS TIGHT!!! In 20 plus visits, never seen them this tight. That is a beef for some but not even close to why I gave NYNY such a low score. If you are someone whom looks forward to being aliitle spoiled and you've earned your status as a player. Do not go here. No amenities. VIP LOUNGE closed all week. Food places closed or close early. No Breakfast at IL Fornaio anymore. We ate their every morning. It was the best. High Limit bar closes at 10pm during week 1pm weekend.... its Vegas.... late night.... 24hrs.... Nope... Starbucks not 24hrs anymore... closes early.... no late night gambling with a coffee...blah...oh and don't get food at America's, waited over 1 1/2 hrs for food to go and that's after we order which that took 15 mins.
Oh and waiting in line for a late night piece of pizza that's over an hour also.... staff is trying to not loss their minds. Short staffed. Their over worked and when you have an issue you can plan on it taking forever to possibly get it resolved or just not say anything and save your time.... like our bed mattress that was flat (again) this time I didn't even call... poor staff over worked... they have no time for you....so unless your ready to lose alot of your precious vacation time, I would just keep moving. So many little things that we came for are now gone. Including security.... they're alot more than usual shady people. Be super mindful of your surroundings and your belongings... saw alot of bad things go down. No security around. Look I don't usually write reviews for anything but I had to write this. Hope it helps someone.

Just would like to share the way an employee at the New York New York Casino did her job and treated us. I had left my hat at the piano bar in the casino. I went back the next morning and was directed to the security counter to see if my hat was turned in. We were helped by a security officer named Chay Robinson. Chay was very professional in taking care of us and did her diligence to make sure my hat which was turned in was released to its rightful owner. It was and it was me. Thank you Chay.
