Just arrived in Vegas had a walk down the strip the caught the Deuce bus up to Fremont Street.
From the stop we could see Slotzilla so went straight to the office.
'We can fit you in straight away' so straight in the queue, very professional no issues at all, within minutes we were attached to the zipline and 'Superman'ing down Fremont.
Great experience - not cheap but what the heck - only going to get the chance once so why not.
Grab the chances while you can, good fun.

I did this experience last time I came to vegas in 2018. I was really disappointed last time with the customer service was some of the worst I have ever experienced!
My partner was gifted some tickets and to our horror when we arrived we realised we’d missed our slot by 7 days (booking error). The girl in the office said this wasn’t an issue and booked us onto the next available slot which was within 5 minutes. Not sure if we just got lucky or if there has been improvements to the customer service.
We did the experience and left immediately as fremont street isn’t somewhere I feel comfortable hanging around. We saw somebody nearly get pickpocketed so leave your valuables in the safe at your hotel

Crazy experience!!! One of a kind views of freemont street. A little pricey for what it is but overall a good time. Staff was super helpful and made the experience quick and easy. Photos are also conveniently on QR codes to make downloading them a breeze. Recommend doing the laying down one to get more out of the experience

I highly recommend SlotZilla enough—especially the Superman-style experience! Having tried both the seated and Superman versions, I can confidently say the Superman style is absolutely thrilling and a must-try. It was an insanely amazing experience from start to finish.
The management is exceptional, taking meticulous care with every step of the process to ensure safety and a smooth experience. If you’re heading to Vegas, SlotZilla is an absolute must-do. Missing out on this would mean missing one of the most unforgettable experiences the city has to offer!

I gave slotzilla 5 stars because the experience was a 5 star experience however there is room for improvement. I purchased tickets from the UK before our trip. When we arrived we queued at the ticket office because on the stairs to the zip line it states a wrist band had to be worn. After 20 minutes in the queue WRONG no wrist band needed if you already have tickets. So our flight was booked for 4.40 -5.00. We arrived at 4.35 only to be told to wait at the bottom of the stairs until 4.40. Fair enough. Back at 4.40 . Went through the process of getting cameras (my one didn't work) and getting kitted up. I was then told I had to take my specs off and the people in the ticket office should have given me a strap. Eeessshhhh. So finally we arrived at the top. We were then sorted into position so the four of us go fly together. At 6.00 it was finally our turn. What an awesome experience. Flying down fremont in the dark with all the lights show and people and music from the bands. One we will never forget. A quick mention to all the crew involved in getting us up the tower and then off the other end. Very friendly and very professional. Despite the long wait and the fact I couldn't see much. Loved every minute. Highly recommend.

DO NOT PATRON HERE, they have a rating of D- on BBB although not accredited due to complaints of theft and failure to provide refunds when services were not rendered.
Slotzilla is a scam and will steal your money. I purchased four tickets in advance on for their NYE event on 12/31. At $55 per ticket I paid $260 after fees and is reflected on my bank account.on the day of the event when I went to access my tickets I noticed I had only been sent two tickets and there was a receipt for only $130 not the $260 debited from my account.
When i arrived to the box office, confident this was all a mix up and would be resolved I was l met with a rude ticketing manager Shanice Parker who was completely illogical and unhelpful that only stands by "her system". I had my bank account pulled up on my phone and she refused to look or help. She told me I would not be able to receive the additional two tickets I purchased and I would need to take it up with bank and the charge would fall off. Which i knew was untrue becaiss the charge had already cleared.(Unbelievable and absurd). So the conversation naturally escalated and Las Vegas police or her security comes from the back to protect this company while they steal patrons money.
She states to the officer, "I'm not going to put her out I want everyone to have a good time tonight." Like what, how do I have a good time when your company has stole $130 and she is defending it. She also stated that I was not the first person this happened to which makes matters even worse which indicates they are stealing from multiple customers. In order for us all to attend as planned for 4 people I had to pay another $130 for two additional tickets for a total of 6.
Here it is Jan 8 and the original charge for $260 is still on my account and I have to go through fraud/dispute procedure a complete inconvenience or they would steal my money and be okay with it because "her system" says I only purchased two.
I've never dealt with a worse customer experience. They always say when you go to Vegas be aware of the scams, boy is that so true.

The actual Zip Line experience was really good fun, however the long wait before we finally got to go on was made more painful by the rude staff, who seemed like they didn't really want to be there. It's definitely worth a go, but be prepared to hang around and put up with staff who are obviously unhappy with their work!

When you are in Vegas, and you want something to do off The Strip, head to Freemont and take the Slotzilla zip line down Freemont Street.
There are 2 versions, the short version or the long version. We opted for the long version which starts 11 stories up on the east end of Freemont and goes all the way to the other end.
Book in advance. We paid for the photo and video package. With that you get a go-pro strapped to your wrist and you can video the trip. One down side is you really can't tell when the go-pro is on. They tell you wait for the vibration after you hold the on button, but, there is not light to verify the video is on. The go--pros need an upgrade with an 'ON' light (just saying).
One more thing. If you wear glasses, bring a strap to secure your glasses. Otherwise you have to take off your glasses and, if you need them to see clearly, you are out of luck.

I really wanted to love the fun looking SlotZilla Zip Line over Fremont St but unfortunately the rudeness of the staff ruined it for my family and I. The reason I am giving this business two stars is because once the actual zip lining began, it turned into a fun experience, but getting all geared up and ready for this experience was a huge disappointment. We had to deal with 5-6 very unfriendly staff members who made us feel that we were an annoyance because they had to get us geared up. I was shocked by their behavior of acting put out and all around disrespectful.

I have mixed feelings about this experience. My husband and I planned this trip as a belated honeymoon/anniversary trip because we wanted to see the Eagles at The Sphere. As we planned our trip, we decided to do the Slotzilla zip line. I, being afraid of heights, had mixed feelings at first. The closer we got to our trip, the more excited I became about zip lining.
We purchased our tickets at the counter (after hunting down an employee coming off the stairs, to ask how we purchase tickets. This place is very unorganized but they were friendly enough. Once we purchased the tickets, we were offered straps for our glasses (not free). We could have put them with our personal items but my husband can’t see without his.
My strap went on fairly easily but not my husband’s. Long story slightly shortened, they helped put them on but because his glasses have rubber on them, they broke when we took the strap off.
Here’s where the problem begins… we were told after investigating footage, that because they were fine when they were put on (associate struggled and they did not have various sizes for different sizes, we were responsible for them breaking.
Understand, we enjoyed the ride, but beware they take NO responsibility for ANYTHING.
All that was offered were a comped ride (you can take unlimited rides certain days and hours) AND we live across country from Vegas.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH AN UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY AGAIN.

If I gave a Go-Pro camera, will a mounting helmet be provided or do I have being my own?

I’m not 100% sure they’ll let you bring your own…I could totally be wrong though. Maybe unless it has a wrist strap? When I went I upgraded to the Go Pro package and they gave me one that was secured to my wrist. Make sure you go with the option of going on your stomach like Superman…way better and longer experience. Worth a shot bringing your own GoPro, worst that’ll happen is they’ll say you can’t use your own and it’ll be put in a bag that’s attached to you on the zip line.

Yes, just mention you would like a go pro when purchasing the ticket (right next to the attraction at Fremont entrance) and they’ll add the charge and give you a ticket to receive your Go Pro once you’re in a harness before you go up the elevator. You’ll get that strapped to your wrist. Video came free after that I believe but there’s also an optional charge of a bunch of other pictures

You walk up 1 flight of stairs where they check your ticket and start putting the harness on.
Then hoo ride an elevator all the way to the top where you do the actual zip line.
It’s worth jt. Have fun.

Hello. I see from the answers to the questions that you can't bring your own GoPro to the attraction, you have to rent one.
But I'm also seeing that the GoPro is helmet-mounted.
What if you already have a GoPro mounted to a helmet in your possession? Would that be accepted?

No, they won’t let you have it. I even called before we went and they said that I could bring it as long as it was secure. When I got there, it was a different story and they were pretty rude about it.
