Providore is handily located a few hundred metres from the Margaret River Chocolate Company, and has a great selection of specialty produce items available.
Service was lovely and there was plenty of parking available on site.

Some awesome produce.
Due to Covid, taste testing was not available, it was so tempting to buy something you haven't tasted!!! Hopefully that will come back soon.

We had been here before so we knew what we wanted. Excellent selection of products and we managed to fill a basket! Staff are always friendly and the shop is always immaculate. We will be back for more delicious produce next time!

Very nice produce. However due to Covid cannot taste test so bought a candle instead. I hope they bring back taste testing

We did not enjoy our visit time around and we pay a visit each time we are in Margs.
As we approached the front door there was an odd sign that said come in for “warm comfort food and wine tasting” Ah.... there is no food served there anymore it’s all pre-packaged food to make at home. Such a shame as it used to be a nice spot to stop by for a bite to eat. There was a young girl there and we asked about food and the sign at the front door - she was so rude and had a care factor of zero!
While we understand why they aren’t providing tastings to all the goods in the store, it does make it very hard to purchase anything without knowing if you will like it or not – we walked out empty handed.

Right next door to the chocolate factory! Tasted 7 different wines, but no reds available to try..staff was friendly, we had a stroll around the grounds! Beautiful gardens!

You will find many things to tempt you when you visit providore. Most is made on site. You can watch the kitchen at work. Everything from salad dressings olives sauces relishes cake mixes. A foodies warehouse.

When someone is standing at the till with a basket of goods waiting to pay you should serve them.
Not impatient and don’t mind waiting but you should serve customers who have been waiting the longest, I understand your busy and might miss customers but this happened a few times, final straw was bringing a newly arrived customer to the till and serving them in front of us.
Left our basket at the till and walked out.
Sorry guys, won’t be back.

did a quick visit here as part of a day trip in Busselllton. car parking was good and there was lovely grounds with vine yards all around. Place was well presented with lots of jams and pickles to try. There was seating available on a verandah where you could look out over the vineyards, pleasant might have stayed longer except it was a bit crowded with a bus tour visiting.

Pop in here when you visit the MR Chocolate Co. There are a range of things to taste - jams, sauces etc as well as a wine tasting at the back. If you are hungry you can gather some picnic supplies and eat on the lawn outside. There is a 'food garden' outside but it seemed surprisingly unkempt and the signs were not really helpful.

Answer: Unfortunately at this stage Providore only has outlets in Western Australia. However, for those of you who cant get to one of our stores, you can place an order online and we deliver any where in Australia. Prices for postage are fixed through Australia Post and are automatically determined by the weight content of your cart.
