You can park on Cathedral Ledge Road and a very short and easy walk up to the fenced in ledge. The view is awesome and you can see North Conway center from this location!!!

Take the road to the end. There were people rapping when we were there. There’s a fence around main part of look out. Great views !!

has nice views over north conway west to east. you can basically drive to the top then 200 foot walk to cliff

Amazing view!!! MUST SEE!!!! Honestly, if you are in the area, do not pass this up. It is definitely an experience of a lifetime. You will not regret the experience.

Traveled to Cathedral Ledge on two separate mornings to experience the sunrise. Both days did not disappoint. Beautiful scenery in September/October!

Belle randonnée en partant du Bryce parc. Montée assez exigeante, mélange de sentier, forêt et roches.

We drove up on a morning when the fog was enshrouding the hills around North Conway. When we got to the top the fog started to dissapate.

We weren't sure where we were going but we drove a very steep hill for about a mile and we reached the top of the ledge. Lots of barriers to protect you and lots of warning signs to not throw anything over the edge. Just as we got there, there was two young local men climbing up the side of the mountain. They explained what they were doing and how they learnt. Just locals that do this for fun and learnt from other young lads. Beautiful scenery and really only a short drive from the main highway

Steep climb in car. Easy to walk to the top and the view was amazing. Picnic lunch is recommended. Was a lot of fun. Went twice

You can drive to the top of Cathedral Ledge in North Conway, NH. Then it's just a short walk to the edge of the Ledge. The views are amazing!!

Are you allowed to walk up auto road when the gate is closed to cars?

I do not know the answer to this question, but if you are fine with hiking, you can hike up to Cathedral Ledge, which is what we did (even though the road was open). Note: It is not an easy hike. You can look on All Trails to get more information on the hikes to Cathedral Ledge.

What are the possibilities of getting married at Cathedrals Ledge? Any info on JP’s who could perform the ceremony as well?

Absolutely. But you may want to plan a midweek ceremony are it gets crowded on weekends especially this time of year. FYI, it’s a bit of a climb in a vehicle but easy to accomplish. The return trip is easy, just use lower gears with low speeds to be kind to your brakes.

Yes you can. Road is closed during the winter though.

The gate at Cathedral Ledge is now closed for the season (as of November 16, 2017). It will re-open in spring as weather permits.

Sorry I don't have GPS coordinates. It is easily accessed from West Side Road, just a short drive from downtown North Conway NH. Signage in the area is very good. Please note that the access road is closed and gated in the winter. Snow shoeing and x-c skiing up the road in winter is popular and provides a spectacular winter view of the valley.
