Second only to Squam Lake

A beautiful lake. Clean water and perfect views. Great for swimming, paddle boarding or just relaxing by the shore. One of the best lakes in NH, second only to Squam.

beautiful lake. A gem. As New Hampshire lakes go, this one is up there...so pretty. Great find. I love it.

Nice but can be crowded

A nice park and lake for swimming, boating, fishing, and snowmobiling. Lots of summer homes along the shoreline. I only gave 3 stars b/c so many out of staters come up for weekends, making the lake noisy and crowded. Parking on weekends is crazy unless you're there by 10am. The town needs to charge non residents much more for the privledge of using our fine lake.

Fantastic lake resort family owned. We have been vacationing here 3 years now. Kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, waterskiing, tubing, and so much more. Very clean lake.

Great fishing!

Good fishing on this little gem of a lake near Henniker. Not much boat traffic on weekdays but gets crowded on weekends.. Good size bass, and if you use a surface lure they hit pretty good

We have moved here in May 2016. It is a clean peaceful and beautiful lake. There is at least one loon on the lake. There are kayakers, swimmers, fishermen, jet skiers, motor boaters, & water skiers... All are kind and courtesy to one another...
