i've been there about 6 times now. Of the 3 therapists that I've used 2 were women and the massasages were pretty good. the 3RD is a man, Alex, whose been great.
H&S is a little pricey, but the rooms are comfortable and the staff has been very nice.

They closed my account after I transferred to the Fort Myers branch ( after two years ) I ended up eating several hundred dollars of massages they screwed me out of….. beware!!!! Run away!

They are so careful during the pandemic that I feel safe and relaxed. My esthetician was so knowledgable and I walked out feeling rejuvinated. I highly recommend treating yourself during this stressful time.

I've been a member for a while now and I love this spa. Their therapists are very knowledgeable and though I do not get many facials, the results are nothing but amazing. Their membership is affordable and after calling they have let me freeze for a few months due to the backlash of COVID. Very thankful to be able to relax during a time like this.

I love getting massages at this location. I have seen quite a few therapists and have loved them in different ways. They really take the time to listen to your problem areas and work on getting those kinks out. I come here for tension and pain relief and always leave happy! With a busy job the flexibility of the hours here have helped me get in when I didn’t think I had the time. I’ve had a few facials as well and have really learned to take care of my skin better based on the recommendations of their esthetician’s. Their Dermalogica line is great for my sensitive skin and the added discounts of the membership are a great perk when purchasing products. From the moment I walk in until the moment I leave, I always feel appreciated even on their busier days, the staff is very attentive. Thanks Hand & Stone Clark, I’ll see you next month for my appointment.

The front desk is so kind and helpful and helped decide on what type of facial to do and I always go to carol she is amazing! I highly recommend her, it is so worth being a member and being able to enjoy a relaxing service and be able to save money as being a member!

I always have a great experience at Hand & Stone - Clark. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The last time I was there, I had an amazing Himalayan salt stone massage. Also love their facials - my esthetician makes great recommendations for my skin and I feel like each facial is really customized just for me. Such a nice break and a great way to take care of myself. Can't wait to go back!

I called a week in advance to book my wife's 50th b-day present with a 1 massage. I called to confirm. They said they DID NOT have a record of the massage. I explained to the manager that I booked it with a girl named Hope. The manager who WOULD NOT give me her name said sorry reschedule. She could care less.
In fact when I cancelled she said DONT COME BACK!! Wow... Guess there ok on money with covid-19 and pandemic...hmmm ** It gets better as I type this my friend who owns MULTIPLE Hand and Stone salons in the tri state area is on the phone with Hand and Stone Corporate( they are franchise)
so MASSAGE ENVY TO THE RESUE IN GARWWOD NJ! Great job and by the way we spent an addional $ 500 dollars on memeberships and products! Fyi hand and stone if you dont close with you piss poor customer service lake a lesson from MASSAGE ENVY!!!!

if I could give it a ZERO I would! Dont go to Mercedes. She is the most unfriendly mean masseuse on the planet. I had an 80 minute massage booked and walked out after 35 minutes of her hating every minute of her job and making me feel scared to be in there with her. Find a different place. If they have someone like her they settle for the absolute worst workers ever! Horrible experience.

I have had 2 couples massages here and a solo. They are nice and the massage is ok but not deep and hard enough for my liking. If you like deep hard massages then do not go here.
