A fabulous, well maintained, fun place for kids of all ages- even adults jump there! Clean, well supervised, and the kids -5,7,and 10- loved it. Large, well ventilated, with a food concession area and lots of tables for sitting and eating. Separate private spaces with tables for birthday parties.
Different divided spaces have different trampoline possibilities, and there are climbing walls of all sorts.
Day pass for kids are about $30 or so dollars, but a month pass is just a few dollars more, so if you plan for even 2 days of trampolining month pass is best- just remember to cancel at end of the month to prevent recurring charges. Sky zone gripper socks cost extra but if you save them for the next time, you can use them again, even a year later.
A definite hit with the kids- highly recommended!

since when it was opened whenever possible I take my children to play, they love, but for a recent visit I need to say that need to prepare the employees to have more understanding with children who have special needs, not only the visible ones but also the others like For example, Autism! I was embarrassed When an employee complained to me that my autistic daughter was not following the rules , she was all smiling princess without doing any thing to anyone, the problem was only because she lay on the trampoline, I politely explained the reason why my daughter not hear her, she without saying a word went away, perhaps the employees should know how to deal better with children who do not correspond to the call or do not follow directions, I imagine would be an even better environment for all children in general, hope for all have especial needs a good place for our childrens

My son had his 6th birthday party here and it was so much fun for everyone. The girl who was our host, Savanna, had us all belly laughing. The kids loved her and she was so energetic and you could tell she loved what she does. The kids were exhausted by the end and that meant a LOT of naps and happy parents. My son felt so special and has not stopped talking about it and can't wait to come back.

The usual money squeeze with 4 bouncing courts - rules of court usually do not apply so watching your little ones is a necessity. Bringing in your own food and drink is prohibited.
Food available is the usual junk, high priced and not necessary if you spend an hour at the Zone. You can eat better just about any place other than here.

my kids and i loved this, to jump in a foam pit with kids via a trampoline was a lot of fun and enjoyable. the staff was very friendly and even organized a dodge ball game for us which was awesome after that we went on to jamming some hoops with a trampoline. an hour to an hour and a half is all you need here as yourself and the kids will get tired and be ready to go so dont book more than that if you dont need do and the fact that the 1:30 minutes is the same price because you get free socks i would go with that one.

Kids love bouncing but are tired after 30 minutes. If you have young kids, don't go for the hr package. Start with the 30 min package. Also, go early because once the older kids arrive, the little ones will get trampled. Great for parties. Come with a coupon if you can find one.

Bought our tickets online and filled out the waiver. Got to sky zone right 10 minutes before our allotted jump time to find a long line. We proceeded to wait in this line for 50 minutes. What's the point in buying tickets online????

Took the family to sky zone. Was a nice place. Very clean and staff was friendly. We got there early and there was no wait. Only downfall was none of the Dodge ball courts were open.

Went with my friend and 3 boys. One is very autistic.Even though we got there before opening, we had to wait a bit to get the bracelets and then the kids had to wait in line to get to the trampolines.Hard on an autistic child. When I asked if they would help us because our autistic child was having trouble with jumping with all the other kids, they were wonderful and opened a trampoline for us. It worked well.
They also said on their site that they work with special kids ( quieter music...) on Monday nights.

Approximately 10 kids aged 8 to 11 for 10:45 to 12:15 jump time on a Saturday. Not very crowded when we arrived, but by the time we left it was filling up quickly.
REMEMBER TO BRING SOCKS WITH GRIPS otherwise, they do provide them for a fee.
There are multiple trampolines for different uses, some for just jumping, some for dodgeball. And some to jump into the foam pit.
There are plenty of attendants around to direct the kids where to jump. It did seem to me that they tried to keep the bigger kids away from the smaller kids.
As a non-jumping grandma. I was allowed to walk around and view all of the areas but not step on the equipment. The entire building looked very new, and smelled very clean. Even some of the family member adults joined in the fun, they particularly enjoyed jumping into the foam pit.
We did not use any of their party rooms, but they looked quite nice. They had a snack bar which provided drinks and pizza, etc.
There is a overlook from an upper level where you can view all of the jump areas.
Most important, all of the kids had a wonderful time, and no one was injured
