We had fun in the sun! The course has beautiful surroundings. We stopped here on our way home and their service was great!

We played the course several times on our stay in Swellendam and really enjoyed it. We were surprised at how challenging and beautiful it was. Was in great shape - especially considering they hadn't had much rain. Mark and the other staff members were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Had some lunch - toastie and a footlong hotdog and both were excellent and VERY well priced! Will definitely play again on our next trip through Swellendam.

Very pleasant 9hole course with greens in excellent condition. It may be short but has some good dogleg! Fairways in much better condition than last years drought condition

This 9hole golf club is perfect for a no nonsense round of golf. Nothing spectacular, but well maintained. The views on the surrounding mountains are great.
As it is a local club, we had to wait a bit as there was a running contest from the local school. After which we continued our game...

My husband and I are on a golfing holiday to cape Town area from uk. We have played few courses in the area and Swellendam is above average. Although there is a draught in the area, this course has grass on the fairways and the greens are well maintained. It's a 9 hole course but can be played as a 18 hole course with varying tee positions.
The green fees are not too high and tee times easily available. Would recommend it. We played 2 rounds here

We hadden een buggy besteld maar besloten met trolley’s te lopen. Kan makkelijk. Buiten de fairways in de bal ooit lastig te vinden. 18 volbracht met 32 gr. C. Daarna een lekker Belgisch biertje op 241 Voortrek Straat the Old Mill House.

hebben hier heerlijk gegolfd. het is een 9 holesbaan die erg rustig is, We waren de enige spelers en dat is best lekker! Geen mensen voor of achter je. Prima te doen zonder buggy. Prachtig uitzicht en tenslotte ook nog eens lekker goedkoop!

What a lovely friendly little place 😀
Ideal stop off on the way to/from Hermanus to George.
Some lovely views and very friendly people.
Not a great golf course but good fun.
No food at the club but loads of good places in town to eat at.

Nine hole course. Played nine holes here on a glorious sunny morning. Greens were great. Very friendly bar man who runs the club Henrick (he's worked here for 29 years).
Fantastic backdrop of mountains. Very enjoyable game of golf.

Don't know about the buggy but my wife and I paid R225 each for 18 holes (quit after 15 because of the heat) and basic pull trolleys. The views magnificent.
