We were greeted by a knowledgeable, enthusiastic lady who shared the story of the distillery and its current products, followed by a fun sampling where I tried to name the botinicals in the gin, I only missed one, woohoo! We wrapped up our visit with a leisurely cocktail, by far the best cocktails we found in Caz. The vodka & gin are great, the distilling set up is gorgeous. We will visit again next time we're in central NY.

This is a great place. We loved the choice of atmosphere. The menu choice were creative and tasty. The cocktail choice and the tasting was hard to beat! Wanted to spend the day. Saved our trip.

Had heard lovely things about this distillery and was excited to visit. Beautiful building and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. However, worst service ever. No dedicated wait staff to our table resulted in no service. Enjoyed a drink and appetizer and would have ordered dinner but no one cdd as me back to check on us.

That's really disappointing to hear. We did have some growing pains, but thankfully we've emerged better than ever. Hopeful that you'll give us another try.

This was the third time that my wife and I ate here, and we have enjoyed it each time. The setting is beautiful; the staff, very friendly; and the food always tasty. We have especially enjoyed the pulled pork tacos, washed down with a can of hard apple cider. Our only minor quibble: the taco shells tend to fall apart if you don't pick the taco up very carefully--maybe there is a different brand they could try. But, hey, seriously--what's not to like about this place?

Me and my boyfriend came while visiting New York, Let’s start with the setting, absolutely beautiful 🥰 The barn is so charming and full of unique style! The works are so sweet and knowledgeable! She took her time educating us on the drinks and history behind everything! The appetizers were so delicious and unique! We got the Candied bacon and the Buffalo chicken dip! I would definitely recommend the pineapple vodka!! So good!! Also hand squeezed orange juice with there gin is delicious and refreshing!! This place is definitely worth visiting!!! 5 stars for sure...10 stars if they had it!!!!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and quality products. The liquor is first rate; on par with the industries best, and the food makes a visit to the distillery an absolute must. You must check it out!

Went here with a couple of other friends. It’s nothing more than a drafty old barn. Nothing wowed is and you can get better and many other places. If you want a cold drafty barn this is your place.

The wonderful people at Madison County Distillery made our daughter & future son-in-law’s engagement party a huge success! We couldn’t have been happier with the venue, communication, & the food. They were very responsive, & willing to custom tailor the event to exactly what we wanted. The pricing was fantastic, & they allowed the party to go on over the allotted time without any problems, or extra charge. We definitely will use them again. Thank you so much Marissa, & Lieutenant General Balsa for a wonderful memorable evening!

Nice rustic looking tap room. Came here on a Sunday afternoon for a drink and bought a bottle of vodka. Folks were very welcoming as soon as you stepped thru the door. Vodka was good. Would come back if in the area
