Great experience, our family had a wonderful time visiting Subic Bay. We were captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the bay and its surrounding. The food was very good. Overall, our experience in Subic Bay was filled with joy, adventure, and quality family time. The combination of natural beauty, wildlife encounters, historical sites, and exciting activities made it a memorable destination for us. We will cherish this memories and we desire to visit again in the future. Thank you Ms. Tan and to all the friendly staffs!

The shows are entertaning and very informative. We really enjoyed it! Staffs are very friendly, special thanks to Ms Tan.. she's very accommodating and super helpful! The food is also good.

Wonderful Experience

Took the Salty Package - to get a close encounter with the dolphins, sea lions, etc. It was a wonderful experience overall. Package fees are not cheap, bit pricey as per my opinion. Getting to the location from where we came from was about 2 hours and a half.

Hopefully get to see more dining options next time.

Amazing

The staff need to realize that swimming with the dolphin B was a once in a lifetime experience for me!
I wanted to capture this amazing experience forever in the pictures they took!
Unfortunately my pictures were deleted before the 7 days they promised!
My emails, friends emails were ignored by them, and it's a lot of money to spend and have no momentos of the day!
I'm absolutely gutted, as I cannot show my family and friends this amazing experience I had with beautiful B the dolphin!

ZhuHai Dolphins were here once

I understood that when the Ocean Park in Zhuhai China was still in construction. This place housed their dolphin until it was ready for them to be transported there.

Rundown facilities, charges P50 to charge mobile phone

The only good about this place are the animal show and encounters. Not even all staff are welcoming. The woman who was serving us at the ticketing counter on 4/18/22 looks miserable and has attitude. We were the first customers that day and we purchased 2 Robbie packages plus entrance fees for other people in the group who are not included in the Robbie package but she remains miserable during the entire time she was dealing us. I am not sure if she was going something personal issues, hence, her unwelcoming attitude. The price I paid (P41,000)is NOT worth it for the rundown facilities. I have travelled around the world and been to so many theme parks but this is the only family place I have been to that charges you for having your mobile phone charged. Yes, my daughter and I were charged P50 each for charging our mobile phones, completely DISGRACEFUL!

Overall, it was only the animal show and encounters that saved our day. I am therefore giving this place 3 stars only.

Still a fun experience

With the pandemic, they had to tone down the available shows. But that is understandable. the entrance price is i think still reasonable. Every business is struggling during the pandemic, any bit helps - especially the employees. anyway it will still eat up atleast 4 hours of your time to watch 3 shows

FOOD BY THE WAY, is very reasonably priced and delicious.

at the end of the day under 20usd lets you see some wild animals, etc. hey the tiger king and carole baskin asks for more money from you. Lols.

With the pandemic ongoing, the place looks a little run-down. Some of the usual attractions are not available but the essentials like dolphin show and sea lion show are still there. By lunch time, there was nowhere to eat since the kiosk ran out of food. At least there was no need to have a swab and kids of all ages are welcome.
