I love studio G Pilates, especially the instructor Julie. They are a reputable studio with highly trained teachers, and a peaceful environment. They help people with a wide range of abilities or disabilities. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Pilates is the reason you walk in the door but Sandy is the reason you continue going back. Pilates is the workout your body has been craving all these years. Studio G is where your mind, body and soul are given a full work out.

I've never done pilates in my life and I figured why not give it a try. I booked my private one hour session with Julia not knowing what I was getting myself into. As it turned out Julia is an awesome instructor. She's very knowledgable, friendly and made it fun and not so intimidating. She's an absolute GEM.
