This is mainly about the Clarks shoe store here. It was a very good experience. Besides getting a discount on my shoes I would like to thank William who was very helpful in finding my size of shoes. Everyone else seems friendly and helpful also.

I know this is going to upset the locals but here goes. We where staying in NYC for 5 nights recently and took a trip out to Queens Center to do some shopping and boy where we very disappointed. We travel from Ireland every year for a pre xmas holiday to NYC and one day is set aside for a visit to a mall. Last couple of years we went to Jersey gardens but this year we decided to try the Queens Centre as it was easily accessible on the R Train from where we where staying. Although the website list the shops it fails to mention that they are small versions of the typical ones you are used to coming from overseas. Macys was 3 floor of nothing in particular with one wall of each floor dedicated to a final reduction sale area. Typically id pick up a few pairs of levis but the choice of sizes and styles was ridiculous. Managed to find 3 pairs i liked and gave up. Herself and the two teenagers left empty handed which if you know macys you will understand why im not a fan of this mall. JC pennys was the same walked in on the 3rd floor and walked out on the 2nd empty handed. Ok it has all the shops you would typically find in a standard USA mall but just on a lot smaller scale. Spent 3 hours here and left with 2 bags . If your from overseas and looking for a mall experience go somewhere else .

This is a super busy Mall so bear in mind if you're thinking about visiting or will be in a hurry. It's hectic, overcrowded and too much traffic getting in and out of parking...waste of time when you think about the ease and convenience of shopping online instead. There's a lot of good deals available given the holiday season tho.

Pretzel makers, Disney store, and everything in between! Love to go here. They have paid parking. It can be the better option since parking is a nightmare.

There is a wide array of stores plus the restaurants I like to eat in the outside and a liquor store. When visiting Manhattan this is one of my favorite places to shop, there are many other department stores nearby so it is a great place to visit for shopping.
