My husband and I went on a trail ride at Friendship Equestrian Center yesterday and we had a great time. I am an experienced rider, but my husband is afraid of horses and I wanted him to have a good experience, while I also had a good time. I rode a very nice horse named Rascal and my husband rode the perfect “husband horse” named Spot. The trail guide knew a lot about Western riding and was a great teacher for both my husband and I. We even had a really nice trot along an old rail bed, went on windy, hilly trails, and I had a nice canter. Overall, I was very impressed and my husband is coming back for lessons next week!
