The flight was such a fun and wonderful experience, it was beautiful up there. The crew is experienced, fun, and caring. We were in great hands with Kynan who gave a great tour and guidance. It’s a must for your bucket-list!

Amazing bucket list experience. Great way to see Ithaca from a different perspective. Crew was fun and professional. Dar---owner and pilot---was super easy-going and accommodating even as he made sure everyone was safe.

Wonderful staff and the pilot has 18 years of experience which is always comforting. The landing was smooth but he did prepare you if we land sideways which can happen. The crew was experienced and landed us straight up and it was smooth, like pros! My daughter has never been on a hot air balloon ride so we went. Thought it was a little pricey but enjoyed the expericence.

Nothing else like it. Stand in the basket on take off and there's a little jiggling, no lurch, no g-force, but if you look at the ground, it just starts to move away. You climb above the buildings and tree tops like you're on the smoothest quietest escalator in the world. There's no wind noise because you're moving with the wind. Do it.

A truly wonderful experience. Taking a hot air balloon ride has been something my mom has wanted to do for a long time. My sister and I were able to make it finally come true with the help of this amazing crew and owner. If you want to have this kind of experience you have to go with #STB.

A fantastic experience from takeoff to landing. Dar was really communicative in advance about the weather - and it is clear that he will reschedule if there are any concerns about tricky conditions. Breathtaking views, smooth ballooning, and a gentle landing all made the trip perfect.

Excellent experience. I can be nervous with heights, but the operators were clearly very skilled which put me at ease. First time in a balloon - was surprised how smooth the ride was. Wonderful views, and lots of fun.

Celebrated my 60th birthday with my sisters and had the best time!! Dar and his crew were exceptional. The views were amazing and the experience not to be missed. So peaceful up in the air and such fun! Very reasonable too. After the ride I looked into this in St Louis for my son and is almost double the price.

The flight itself was fantastic, very beautiful, peaceful & informative. The basket was quite crowded with 12 passengers and 1 pilot. Be aware that there might not be bathrooms in the area that the flight takes off from and plan your travel time accordingly. Our flight was taking off from Tutelo Park, early in the morning, when it was still dark, so a little difficult to find, when we called to make sure we were near the right area, we were told, just follow the email directions, that was a bit unsettling. Some 'look for landmarks' would be helpful to those of us that are not from the area. The ground crew was wonderful & friendly. They took pics of our balloon in the air and made sure we had a copy. The champagne toast is special.
