This is a brand new park in Jackson Heights. However sometimes it can be a bit crowded. I would like this to be more like a park and less of playground.

This playground is a recent discovery, and it's very nice. Recently ben re-modeled - good climbing structures, nice water/spray play area. We live in Brooklyn but go to Queens often to eat out - this gives the kids a perk when they they put up with another of our food adventures.

The city just reopened this park. I must say that they did a nice job on the Renovation.

The new space has opened and seems more welcoming for the neighborhood people if you're lucky enough to live on the north end of Jackson Heights. They still have the handball courts, they have a nice green lawn meant for lounging and sunbathing-- we'll see how long that lasts with the all the dog owners in the neighborhood--there are 2 terrific places for children to play; there are even plenty of chess tables but I see no basketball courts. What happened??

It looks like the construction is almost done. There are benches and walkways around a grass mound. Play street is now part of the park.

The park is being renovated at this time but it was an asset to Jackson Heights. It had basketball courts, handball courts and swings plus a large open space for other activities.

I like going to this park, but the people who decided to go with the construction really thought it through. It's a little upsetting that they suddenly decide to break ground when summer is around the corner. There is not enough space to run around and only one basketball court. In the morning, I see the people that do calming exercises like tai-chi and yoga have to use the playground area, so it is pretty crowded.

There is a nice playground here that has good quality climbing equipment - my nephew hangs out here. There are handball courts, some basketball hoops and an open blacktop. I think the strongest things going for the park are the playground and the weekly farmer's market.

A pretty nice park, with a Farmers Market on Sundays. It's clean and it was crowded for sure on Sunday!

Growing up in New York City, it's always nice seeing an active handball court. What I like most about this park though is the vibrancy on a Sunday morning. It has the farmers market going, children playing, and young people competing in handball.
