I went to the shop to have my eyebrows done the woman got set up with the waxing machine and she is doing the job and she was hurting me is what are you doing then I look in the mirror to my surprise and a photo says what she did I would never go back to this place again they hire people that don’t know what they’re doing

Rani Spas is the best spas I've been to and trust I've been to a lot of Spas in New York City. I recommend my friends to go there and they all loved it.

This place has turned to be the best in Mineola from the exactly moment Jenny start to work doing the Facial. She and the staff are calm, understanding and very professional. My face always looks the best every day thanks to her skin care tips and her treatment.

I always love salon products for my hair and body, but they are kind of pricey. even if you look in internet for sales, with the s&h is expensive. But I stop by this location just to make my pedicure and I could believe my eyes. they have salon products for better prices than amazon. Redken, Morrocan oil, Image, etc... I love it

i had been in different spas all over the city, and only in this location make me feel comfortable about my waxing. The person who help me treat me in a very professional manner, and take her time to explain to me which treatment was the best for my skin and the prices were better than other places i had visited. I definitely going to make this place my regular waxing spa.

I received a Spa Week gift card and looked on the website for participating spas. Many Rani salon/spas were listed including the Mineola location. I called on both Saturday and Sunday to make sure the card would honored at the Mineola location. I made an appointment for noon on Sunday. I arrived at noon and presented the gift card. The woman at the desk said she wasn't sure if they took the card and would find out. After twenty minutes, she returned saying they don't take the card. I showed her the website on my phone and showed her that they were a participating salon/spa. She shrugged her shoulders. One of the hair cutters at the salon said to the receptionist, "of course we take that gift card." By then no one in the spa made a decision so I took my gift card and left. There are over ten spas in a five mile radius from my home listed on the website. Upon returning home, I immediately found another spa in Garden City called "O Spa" where I was welcome and very pleased with the services I received.
I will never visit any Rani again.
