We did this experience as personally I wouldn't recommend the dolphin experience. You go out on a boat to find them and then follow them. The boats try and get ahead and then you jump in, see them for a few second, then jump back into the boat to get ahead of them again. Not quiet what I would call 'swimming with dolphins'...

I did : - Jozani Forest combined with lunch at "The Rock" Restaurant - Blue safari / swim with wild dolphins (i was too afraid to jump in the ocean though :D ) - snorkelling near a close island + seafood lunch on the beach (Madibba is amazing in grilling the seafood - you should definetely choose a seafood lunch) + swim with turtles at a natural aquarium + sunset view in Nungwi - Stone Town trip (coming back from Stone Town we stoped at a local wedding) The good thing is that he can offer you the same things that any other tour-operator can offer you, just at a lower price, and in a nicer company. He can even negotiate souvenirs for you, he knows everybody on the island. He offers airport transfers, and larger the group, bigger discount he will give you.
