This movie complex has the lowest first-run ticket prices around. The usual blockbuster action films and comedies are always on the schedule but every couple of months it also includes an "art house" film. A couple of the theaters have recliner seating and all the theaters are well maintained and clean. Plenty of free parking in the mall lot, too.

We go to the movies every other week. The theater is locates in Rotterdam Square Mall. The mall is trying to make a comeback with the aquarium but the best part is the theater. The movies are 6.50 for an adult ticket. I think there are 7 screens. They now have two theaters that have the reclining chairs which are AWESOME! The theater is clean and the concession stand is much more reasonable if you are comparing Crossgates or Colonie Center. Staff is pleasant. They also have a loyalty card just ask them to sign up - its free!
Only thing that could be worked on is the ticketing process on big movie days when there is a long line and the ladies bathroom could use a clean check more often.

Friendly service - good food counter. Old theater means old seating. Not great compared to all updated theaters.
