Not impressed really........we got done shopping and wanted to try this place, but upon entering there were intoxicated people fighting and we didn't stay.

Don't get excited, this place is unfortunately closed. Due to lease issues and other reasons this restaurant/bar closed one night and it doesn't look like it will be back anytime soon.

I don't like country music and I don't like the country atmosphere, but I wouldn't give this place a bad review for that reason. Frugal family of four. Bill over $100. I ordered a chicken sandwich which, when bit into, the entire piece of tough chicken came out of my sandwich. It is still one of the worst meals I have ever had. I filled up on soda refills and the remainder of our appetizer, which was pretty decent. I don't remember what others are, but it was mediocre at best. Not worth returning for the appetizer.I wouldn't return here again. Especially if Toby Keith was actually there.

this place is so large, there is never a wait to get table. we were seated right away and got our food very quickly. there are tvs all round the restaurant, so you will never miss any game you might be interested in. i went there to watch a su game with a few friends. the drinks were the best part.

Stopped in on a Sunday night as the mall was closing, so business here at TK's was not as busy as it might have been. Our server Ashley said it was unusually slow compared to the past few months. Nonetheless, we had a great meal, got great service and the price was right. They had a 2/$25 meal deal which we took. My wife had the ribs (tender and fall off the bone) and I had the American soldier burger (can't go wrong with a burger) and an appetizer of fried dill pickles. Add 4 beers between us and it cost only $45 which is a good deal. I imagine this place is hopping when they get an act in here. It seemed very expansive with just a few tables being served. Will come back when we are down this way.

The food was pretty good, but not really worth the money that you have to pay for it.
We had a dark haired female server who was really snotty. My date and I were pretty shocked at her instant attitude towards us. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but the waitress we had the next night was pretty much the same. It was clear neither one of them were happy to be there.
What a shame.

Awful! There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and they said there was a 25 min wait. We decided to sit in the bar area and order appetizers. They were OUT of the potato skins that we wanted. So we ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip. Nope... They were OUT of those too. We finally ordered macaroni and cheese bites (which were just ok). When we sat for our meal, we ordered sweet potato tots. Nope, they were out again. And... Then we had to wait over 45 min for our meals-- which were not good at all. My entire family was irritated. We love Syracuse, but will 100% NOT come back to this restaurant again. And... Nobody apologized for any of it.

We stopped in for a quick lunch. My mom had the baked potato with veggies. She loved it and to be fair the price for this was reasonable. The potato was loaded with fresh veggies and was a nice lunch size. The rest of the menu was a little pricey but I guess that is to be expected in a large mall. The service was good and the waitress was friendly. The kids menu was good. Plenty of choices. My son enjoyed the chicken tenders. I had the southwestern salad. All the veggies were fresh and crisp.
Tip- there is a promotion for free kids meals on Monday's. Check their calendar to be sure.

Where else do you go in Syracuse to listen to good country music, drink good alcohol and eat good, cheap food? Toby Keith's is my favorite bar/restaurant. One day I'll work up the (liquid) courage and ride that bull.
