NO REFUND POLICY!
Be aware, this place has a no refund policy. When booked via telephone, we were NOT told of this policy. This policy should be clearly communicated to anyone who makes a reservarion via telephone but it was NOT and that was very deceptive on the part of Epic Escape Rooms! If you book a group and one person no longer can participate, you still have to pay for the full number of people reserved for. At $35 per person it is highly expensive given it is on the first floor of a deserted building - see pic - and the interior was just dirty. Overall, would definitely not recommend if you want a great level of service for the money.

We had an amazing time at Epic! Our 1st time here but it won't be the last. We successfully escaped Vanished. We are looking forward to going back and completing Pazziolis. Great staff, lots of fun an absolute must for everyone.

The puzzle were nice and I did for the most part enjoy my time. However all 3 of us felt "dirty" after, the room and all the equipment were not sanitized and cleaned. There is a thick coat of dust all over the place.
Everything felt tacky/sticky from other users. With Covid now a days, we are much more aware of these conditions.
We received a discount for another time, but we probably will not be using it. Again, the concept is really nice but not enough to put my health in jeopardy.

Superb customer service and the teenagers really enjoyed it. It takes brain power, which is different from relying on Google. Took my daughter and her friends.

Bought a few teen girls for a great escape room experience! The girls had so much fun. They loved the evening and the staff was interactive and fantastic with them. Girls are already making plans to come back!

We made this a family event on Halloween night. Our kids are 5 and 11. This was actually my 5 year old’s idea. It was so much fun trying to work as a team and working together. The kids were very into it. From time to time the little one did his own thing, but again he’s 5. Looking forward to doing it again. Thanks for the great experience.

Yes we do. We actually have Vanished and Disorderly Conduct. Either one are very family friendly.
