I've called here at least three times and left a message to speak to someone in landscaping. The first time I called I reached a woman who told me that they really only want projects over ten thousand and she put me on hold and told me to call back Monday. I did and left messages and no return call. I wrote several emails that went without acknowledgement.
A. You won't get my minimum 15k landscape project B. I'll never ever shop at your store. No acknowledgement and poor customer service. Complete greed and rudeness. I hope this economy is treating you well bc with services like this I bet you loose a ton of money.

What an amazing Nursery with a wonderful and knowledgeable staff!!!! Paul at the potting bench has created truly outstanding arrangements for my wife and I. He is a creative genius!!! I have been a customer at Hicks for a little more than four years and we look forward to their Garden Show every year. It was just beginning when the pandemic crisis struck. To all the staff at Hicks and anyone who reads this: STAY SAFE! STAY HEALTHY!!

I try to visit Hicks Nursery two to three times a month and each visit lifts my spirits. the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to both Kim and Paul who are my two go to people. Seasonal decorations are well thought out and should not be missed!

Whenever I am particular about what flowers or landscaping products I need, I go to Hicks for the selection. I know the plants will be the best specimens and will not be diseased. In the Spring, Hicks also usually has a wider variety of colors and species for annuals than I see in smaller stores or bargain stores that "cherry-pick" and only offer a few selections.
I appreciate the expertise of the staff. When a tree of mine had some bugs, I took a few leaves with samples to Hicks and got help identifying what they were and how to treat them. When my Mom needed new bushes, the gardener personally advised her on which ones to purchase and how to plant them for the most satisfactory result.
I also enjoy just walking around and seeing new products and how beautifully everything is arranged. We don't participate in the family events any more, but I like the fact that there are parents and kids there -- and that kids are learning about gardening.
When I go to Hicks, I feel I am enjoying a quality experience. I am grateful to have such a wonderful place close to my home.

There's a reason why Hicks has been here forever. They offer a wide range of flowers and plants at reasonable prices, but it is the service that makes them stand out. They are very knowledgeable about anything gardening and will make alternative suggestions

Huge amount of open parking
Easy to locate on jericho Tpke.
knowledgeable staff.
excellent helpers for load ones car.
They usually have anything that you may be looking for as long as it is in season.
I have been purchasing schrubs, plants, trees and garden supplies there for 25 years or more.
They also have great holiday displays for Halloween and X-mas.for the kids to enjoy.
Easy to locate on jericho Tpke.

I love to shop for the best quality and unusual plants here. But it is also wonderful for just walking around and getting great landscaping ideas!

This store sells beautiful plants, back yard furniture some decorations home, but there is only one store, may be the prices is not cheap but the quality is good, the staff are nice.
