A MUST Stop

Stopped here last year and on our way down to Outer Banks stopped this trip. Never disappointed. Great selection, friendly staff and reasonably price produce. Live music on Saturdays, food vendors and outdoor bar. Plenty of parking with plenty of undercover seating. This is a must stop.

Best farm market in the area.

Usually stop here on the way down to the Banks. Probably the best run establishment of its kind in the area. Good layout, lotsa parking, picnic tables. Appears to be dog-friendly. Some fresh vegetables and fruits at least May to October. Pastry of rustic kind and good quality, cider, mostly local/NC beer and wine, lotsa snacks (from pretzels to dried fruit and nuts), pickled goods, dips, and salsas. Friendly staff and a couple of dogs.

The strawberries, blueberries, and green beans were very fresh. Enjoyed them greatly. The verity of canned goods were nice. The Serrano Pepper Salsa was almost too hot for my husband. The dill pickles and beets did not last long. Enjoyed the kettle corn on the rest of our drive. It was a weekend with lots of people and I had to leave before I saw everything because of the heat. They had lots of check out people and lots of charts to take things to the car. Much appreciated. We had already eaten so did not try the food.

We belong to a Motorcoach organization called Harvest Host that lets one see what places have signed on they let one boon dock.
Morris Farms did not disappoint. We spent way too much money but it as all local. Dips, salsa, sweet potatoes with their sand still on. Bakery all homemade. There is also a BBQ cafe on site and some live music.
We are snowbirds and keep falling in love with this area. This was much more than I ever expected.

A stop at Morris Farm Market is a must! We always stop on our way home from the Outer Banks to sample their salsas, pickles, and jams! Their bathrooms are also super clean and spacious!! This time was a little different because of the pandemic. No samples to be had, but we know most of what we like from there. The ciders are the best, large selection of candy and snacks, and some of the best pickles ever! My family and I also love their peanuts. Can’t go wrong with a stop at this market!

NC peanuts in burlap bags.. Fresh and delicious. They make great gifts to take home. Fun place to wander and shop. Many unusual items like beet chips that are amazing (I had to go back for more after tasting them!). The produce looks great although I haven't tasted my plums yet. I found some tomato basil cheese in the refrigerated cases near the back that I'm anxious to try.

I have been to several local markets where I am from (West Virginia). This market is amazing! Home made ciders, dips, pasta sauces, baked goods, local fruits and veggies! To top it off, they have live music with draft beer and a local food truck fri- sun! If you are ever passing by Barco, NC for whatever reason, stop here!
