Places to picnic, hiking trails, dogs on leashes. Very well kept grounds. clean and safe. Great for families.

Morse Park has a beautiful walking where you can enjoy a nice picnic, ride your bike or just strong along the water way. A great play for couples, families or to bring your dog.

This is a nice little Park, with a marina that offers Lake tours, a visitor center, sports fields, and a small Garden Walk. They do not allow overnight parking.

This a very nice and well maintained park with easy parking. You walk around, take great pictures and there is place for picnic as well.

Beautiful area! Plenty of things to do within a short drive. Asheville and Hendersonville as well as flat rock are close... the trees were amazing!

It’s a great park with trails through the gardens along the lake. Beautiful setting and very peaceful.

Morse park is a good place to walk around with beautiful views of Lake Lure and the surrounding mountains. The park adjoins the Lake Lure Marina were the tour boats depart. Also the Lake Lure Marina has a large variety of kayaks, canoes, hydrobikes, paddle boats, electric boats, and pontoon boats available for hourly. This area is a really nice spot for taking pictures.

The area is beautiful. We were here for about 2 hours. TONS of parking. The flowering bridge nearby, the nice short trails you could walk around, and the visitor center with a mini museum. We didn’t go but there is a boat tour as well. Plenty of bathrooms around. You could easily spend 3 to 4 hours in this area of Lake Lure if you added in the boat tour and a meal. A short walk away down the wooden bridge is the town with lots of places to eat and ice cream. This is a day trip destination from Asheville and honestly in my opinion it is a must-see. What with Chimney Rock a mile away you can't beat the fun out there.

I love Morse Park! I have many fond memories here. It is beautiful in and of itselt but the surrounding views will take you breath away. It is extremely well maintained with many flowers, trees, and dedications throughtout. Beautiful benches dot the park for your enjoyment but they are spaced out for a little privacy. A beautiful gazebo is the center piece. It is surrounded by gorgeous Lake Lure! Love this park!

There is a beautiful walking trail about 3/4 mile at the back of the parking area at this little park. It provides great views of lake lure along with many beautiful plants. Our dog enjoyed the walk along with a swim in the lake.
