We just stopped by on a drive to check out the store and the wine. We were surprised to hear that they made apple based wine and were given a tasting. The wine is delicious and somehow, they managed to capture the flavoyr of whatever fruit they have added (raspberry, strawberry, apple pie, black current). The wine is delicious but what really made our experience was the service we got while we were there. So friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend stopping by this winery. (PS they also ship their wine if you can't take it with you when you stop by!)

So unique. They have very special wines. You can taste them. There's an outdoor stand where you can eat fries, poutine and sausage rolls. Indoor, you will find locally made goods. The kurd cheese is excellent. Not as salty as what we are used too. Tastes like,cheese!! I saw beautiful lady winter mittens. A great place!

Fun place on a beautiful day. Tried 4 different tastings and chose a bottle each of the Black Currant and Caramel Apple wines.

Worst welcome ever! We just returned to the car and leave! Moreover its written Winery but they only have apple cider. Don’t waste your time.

Very unique wine offerings like nowhere else! The desert wines are a real must buy them all ones better than the other. Plus you can taste before you buy with fantastic social distancing in place

Archibalds is a nice place; the orchard is in impeccable condition. Great family day outside. The honey crisp apples we filled our bag with were excellent.
But the overall feeling we (parents) went away with was "$40.00 for a half bushel of apples is extortionate" I dont know what it costs to run a place like that, or what it takes to break even. It MAKES you eat as many apples as you can while picking!! And we had to buy the rest of our our apples at Freshco to make the apple crumble later in the day at a quarter the price because we couldnt afford another $40.00 for McIntoshes.
The sample staff was polite, and helpful. They didnt check our trunk on the way out (nor did we pooch any). They were Covid-aware and set up for it.

I ordered some lovely ciders to Ottawa. It was affordable (I paid something like 56 for 4 giant bottles and shipping and tax). They arrived very quickly. They are in lovely packaging so they don’t break. I’m enjoying the dry one right now.

Went here right at the beginning of apple picking season. What an awesome place. $35 for a bag that was pretty big. You can drive right into the orchard which makes the difference when you have to carry that bag full of apples. All the types of apples were clearly marked so you knew exactly where to go for what you wanted.
The store was so quaint and their wines were delicious. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again with the family.

We went here last weekend and picked some apples. We go most years. The silken apples were ready and we had our bag picked in about 15 minutes. And they are delicious. You pay for your bag on the way out of the orchard and then we went and checked out the store. They are doing lots of wine making also. We taste tested a few of their wines and bought a couple of bottles. Very good stuff. There is lots for the kids to do here and it’s a nice drive out here too. Good family outing.
