Used to love going here with the kids, food used to be nice but after not going for a while, we decided to go yesterday for my daughters birthday. Safe to say we won’t be back! £3.25 (I think) for that meal is unreal! Ide of been ashamed to even serve that to a child! I Think you need to rethink your prices/portions before you have no custom! Also the toilets need cleaning properly dust build up all over the seat/sink 🤮

We have been to funsters many times and never been disappointed, great value for money and the cafe is reasonably priced.
We attended the Halloween party yesterday and it was BRILLIANT. You could tell so much thought and effort had gone into it. There was so much to do, plenty of games for them and the prizes were varied not just all sweets, tea was also included, buffet style and it was great lots of choice, hot and cold food to pick from and plenty.
My children had the best time, and didn’t want to come away :)

I must say funster has really changed. The prices for the food is ridiculous, £4.75 for a cheese butty and you only get one sandwich. The tea is tiny and again expensive. Adults have to pay now which is again ridiculous. I asked for my.kids water bottle to be filled with tap water and all they said they could give is a small cup of water. It took 10 minutes to send out one of the kids food after everyone finished.

Visited on a Tuesday in Feb half term. Once paid I immediately regretted it. It was choatic with older children age 12 + running riot. Not sure what the age limit is but there was definitely several groups of teenagers. My two 4 year old girls didn't stand a chance and I didn't think it was safe for them. Due to the enormous size of the play area it was impossible for me to watch them. I therefore felt uncomfortable during our stay. We therefore left dissatisfied after 25 minutes. It was a waste of money.
There was also a very strong smell of chip fat which was very off putting. The floor and tables were tacky, grubby and dirty. Left over food and drinks cartons had been left on the table. I didn't purchase any food or even a drink as the presentation of the place put me off. I did however see food being served and it looked okay.
The girls wanted to go the toilet and I wasn't able to get their shoes. I think it is unacceptable for children to be going to the toilet in their socks especially when there is wee on the toilet floor. I therefore had to lift them on to the toilet.
The venue seemed very dirty and in need of a make over inside and out. It's was previously a church was also very cold.
On a positive the staff were friendly and pleasant but I wont return and wouldn't recommend.

I went to funsters as a child and I loved it! Recently had my daughter who’s 9 months old now and we’ve been 2/3 times and enjoyed it but did notice that the toys in the baby area don’t work.. none of them! They’re all sticky and dirty and need new batteries. There’s a basket to put toys in that need a clean but that’s obviously ignored by the staff..
Ignorant parents let there 10 year olds in the under 4 area and made my daughter cry as they shouted so loud near her (not the fault of funsters).
We last visited on Sunday and it’s now Tuesday and my daughter has got a stomach bug and has passed it onto me.. no doubt this was caught from funsters as we didn’t go anywhere else that day and nobody else had one! ( now the whole family does🙄)
I suppose it’s a good for under 1’s as they’re free but i wouldn’t even consider paying £4 for the state it’s currently in!

Absolutely disgusted by funsters in Crewe today.. we arrived at 15.50 for the girls to have the last hours worth of play to be told we have to pay full price being 5.50 EACH CHILD which was the pay rate for an unlimited play...
My sister then went up to the counter to get both girls a drink of juice to be told it’s 60P per LITTLE cup which was only 3/4 filled...
10minutes later both girls went to the counter for a cup of water to be told they have to use the same cup they had juice in and then only had 1/4 filled..(no exaggeration) it was just below the “FROOZIE” logo and told “that’s all ur allowed as u have to pay for more!!” Which then wasn’t even asked if they would like to BUY more she just walked away..ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
We have never really had a problem with funsters staff at Crewe until today when they where all sour faced and got the attitude of not wanting to be at WORK!

We came here with my son and little grandson, who thoroughly enjoyed himself. So much to do, very clean and tidy and a nice cafe for snacks and drinks while the little ones play.

We decided to try a different play area than we usually go to. Large old church. Did have a cafe but strong smell of fat that needed changing. The place needed a refurbishment and new toys. Could be cleaner but staff were friendly.

New play is great staff still look unhappy and standing around a lot. They seem quite judgemental even tho they're probably lovely it's just how the come across I think. Makes me feel although I'm being judged as a parent

We were visiting family and took an 11 year old and 4 year old here. Staff were really friendly, the whole place was very clean. The equipment was great. There is n area for under fours which is lovely although we stayed in the main area. Entrance and food were very reasonable and we got a free return visit to use in the week. I’d highly recommend. Only downside is the parking, which was fine when we went but could be a bit tricky in busier times.
