We had a fabulous relaxing day . The spa is in a lovely countryside setting. The facilities were spotless and well maintained and it never felt crowded throughout the day . We found the staff very polite and attentive . Cocktails could be ordered and brought to you adding to the feeling of being pampered and the food was excellent quality and well presented . Our only criticism is that it was a little too cool in the dining room for sitting in bath robes but the food more than compensated ! We will definitely be returning as soon as we can

Fabulous Spa, staff were amazing especially John & Lauren who did my massage. Food is exquisite. Excellent facilities. Treat yourself!

We couldn’t have asked for more, such an enjoyable relaxing experience celebrating my friend’s birthday. Extremely well organised, in a lovely clean setting with friendly staff - kudos to John who took care of us right from the minute we arrived! We’ll definitely be back.

The spa was wonderfully relaxing with lots of different rooms to choose from. The outdoor pool was delightfully warm. John hosted us amazingly, making all of us feel welcome and pampered. We particularly enjoyed his stylish ties. So pampered and relaxed, would definitely go again.

What a beautiful relaxing spa - we absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return.
The staff were absolutely wonderful, as was the service throughout the day and the food - our afternoon tea was absolutely delicious!

It was great in the outdoor pools even though the outside temp was low. My favourite experience was the relaxing massage by Georgia. But equalled by the excellent lunch we had, two courses were enough and very tasty indeed. The service level was brilliant through out our day, and John was always around to aid any further requirements!

Wonderful from start to finish. Personal service - everyone new my name & unlike some spas I’ve been to it never felt over crowded. Great facilities - the jewel in the crown are the thermal outdoor pools.

Very welcoming place, friendly and supportive staff, great service , very clean and well maintained. Lunch was amazing, freshly cooked and well presented. Special thanks to a massage therapist Ellie- strong but gentle hands, very professional and client oriented.

The nicest spa I’ve ever been too! So peaceful and all the staff were attentive and lovely.
The outdoor pools were the perfect temperature & drinks were served to us outside too!
We had booked the well-being day which has two lunch courses included which was so tasty as well. The spa never felt too busy & all the facilities were so peaceful.
Would definitely go back!
