Not as much activity as I would have liked but still got some. The séance room was the hotspot and they liked the flashlight. Got some crazy hits in the basement though.

This place has so much creepy history, even pulling up to the front of the place gave us chills. It was a little pricy for our small group to rent overnight, but was an interesting viewing while we told our ghost tales. Worth going a little out of the way to see or getting a group together for an overnight scare.

Kristin Lee is an absolute sweetheart! 💚💚💚 The house has its own personality and it will do exactly what it wants to and when. I spoke to Kristin for a good while not long ago and she welcomed me to come to her home/business anytime and is down to earth. Some people wanna call her and the house fake but anyone who has been there knows better than that. People love haunted houses and that is exactly what she delivers. Prices are VERY reasonable as it is her business and is how she pays her bills because she certainly couldn't live here. Nobody could!! I'm just as impressed with Kristin as I am the house. I've saw countless people I know personally who are non believers come out of that house a believer. And everyone has said nothing but kind things about Kristin and the others. She goes the extra mile for her guests.

My granddaughters and myself spend the night in the house. July 16-17 2021. This house did not disappoint . We got evps in the attic of a young girl named Amanda. She was close to us, the air was cold when she got close to our meters and as I was asking questions. The temp was 89 degrees outside that day so the attic was very hot when we walked up there. The time was about 8 pm on Friday night. The little girl lite up our meters and make sounds as she walked around us. This went on for 20 minutes. Then she left. We were all sitting at the table down stairs in the first room when we all heard footsteps walking up stairs . The door in the room just above us would always be open when we went up there to check it out. It was the closet door where there is said to be portals. We tried to debunk it but we couldn't. We got several EVPS and we seen a dark cowboy figure named Wayne, we saw several figures that was dark and a child like figure at about 4 30 am. We did several SVP sessions and got lot of responds. We had a great time with Kristin and Vic , they are super people to be around.. It feels great to have some one to talk to about this and they think you are crazy We will go back we loved it.

Love the look of the house. Been in there many times since I was a kid growing up in Bellaire, not one spook or scare. IMO not haunted, I've never experienced anything there, and I was there quite a few times in my younger years.

We went to the Bellaire House for a tour and wound up spending four (4) hours with the owner, Kristin. She treated us like she’d known us forever and made us feel so welcome. Though we didn’t do an official investigation, we did do a session with the Huff box, and it didn’t disappoint. Would love to go back for an investigation & to visit with Kristin.

We stayed 2 nights at the Bellaire house in November of last year. Kristen was a fabulous host, the house is beautiful inside and out, and just an overall wonderful place to stay. I would recommend it to anybody and look forward to staying there again this year.

I love this place. Maryland Society for Paranormal Research and Southern Illinois Paranormal group visited in Feb of 2018 and in fact we are returning in July for another weekend investigation. The place is very active, saw full bodied apparitions, shadows and had some very interesting experiences. We will be visiting this house on at least a yearly basis.

The Bellaire House is a must see for anyone who is an investigator of the paranormal. The energy level in this location was off the charts and the activity and experiences were awesome. Kristin really knows her history and was a great hostess. This was on my bucket list for years and I am going back as soon as possible. Whether you are staying for a few hours or overnight, the Bellaire House will not disappoint.
