Visited yesterday as an early birthday present to me from my boys. I loved it! I've never been axe throwing before, and this place is great. The inside is nicely themed, not too much or OTT, the range looks great, and the instructors are fantastic. Nate supervised our party and let us play games like cutting cards and 1v1 and he was just great. Great banter, great instructions, just an all around great guy too. Also, they have mead. And by god, that mead is amazing.

Great experience at Valhalla. Nate our host was brilliant. Took us through all the health and safety and great fun throughout. Place was spotless, competitions were fun (even if I was rubbish haha) and would 100% recommend to families, friends and couples.

I booked this as a birthday present for my boyfriend and it was a great experience. The instructors were both informative and helpful, and made the session fun! Thank you :)

We had an amazing time here. Carl, our instructor, was fantastic and very patient with us. We had such a laugh doing it. Great girlie day out.
I'd definitely do it again!

Valhalla are brilliant. I went with my brother, dad and my son. We all enjoyed it. The different competitions involved in axe throwing were great. We had a member of staff called Dan with us. He was spot on.

Had a totally fantastic time here last night and will definitely be returning again soon, lovely venue, easy to find, extremely well organised and safe. Our instructor Dan was lovely & friendly & really helpful, the different events we did over the course of our session added to fun as did the bar selling a range of both alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, would highly recommend the ipa & look forward to trying out the range of mead next time we go. Very reasonably priced venue & easy to book too!!

First time here & thoroughly enjoyed it! Our instructor Nate was very friendly & had the patience of a saint (as we were beginners & so bad) giving us advice, tips & demonstrating better techniques for us to use. Really good atmosphere & definitely an activity I would recommend & will definitely do again!

The whole event was amazing. Booking was easy and simple. We were greeted by Liam who really helped us every step of the way. Through the induction he made it clear and simple for me to follow his guidance on how to basically throw an axe. He also made it fun to help ease the nerves. When it came to playing against another couple Liam and Nate (Nathan) made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. We honestly can’t wait to go back and do it again. Next time we are dragging our friends along to experience it!
