Thank you for taking the time to write a review, I am sorry that the weather was unkind to us on the Greene King day, we are unable to control this and was also very disappointed for our customers. Unfortunately it would be impossible for us to cover the car park, and the nature of our venue is there is a proportion of outside space, so we do recommend that customers check the weather forecast and come prepared when necessary.

Thank you for your feedback, I am delighted you enjoyed the racing and Ministry of Sound concert. I am sorry you found queue times at the bars lengthy. Unfortunately the hospitality industry in general are experiencing some struggles in the current climate, but exceptional queuing times at the bars is not something we want our customers to experience. Please be assured we are working really hard to improve any issues we have and to ensure all our customers leave satisfied with lasting great memories. I am sorry if at the time you wanted to purchase a drink from this particular bar we may have had a period of time when stocks had run low, and would have been ensuring this was restocked as soon as possible. We have large stocks of beer and did not at any time run out.

The grandstand tickets are very popular as most guests feel that the small additional fee is very good value for money, for lots of additional benefits such as the option of access to cover should they wish to go inside, and the premium viewing area for the concert, with bars and toilet. Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry if at the time you wanted to purchase a drink from this particular bar we may have had a period of time when stocks had run low, and would have been ensuring this was restocked as soon as possible. We have large stocks of beer and did not at any time run out. All of our outside bars serve a selection of canned wine, and we also have the Whispering Angel bar where we have comfortable seating where you can also purchase a glass of wine. We have three permanent outside toilet blocks, and on busy event days we have enough toilets including additional portaloos to accommodate all of our customers.
