We arrived just before opening and were the first group checked in. We played both courses and had chips and drinks in between, so we stayed around 2.5 hours. Lots of fun, loved the Ferrets Wheel. Chips were good, the wait for food and drink was reasonable. One of the kids managed to lose a ball halfway round a course but was able to get another one with no fuss from the front desk. Friendly staff,good family atmosphere.

Absolutely lovely venue, wonderful staff and a great atmosphere for my birthday. Scott and George can’t do enough for you and Becky and Mason are great on the bar.

We went to Caddies with our child's friends for a 12th Birthday celebration. Even though it was a very busy time of the day, the staff were patient and they tried to accommodate all our requests. The food was delicious too- we are very grateful.

Had a lovely kids Christmas experience here this afternoon. A fun Christmas show followed by a visit to Father Christmas’ grotto and then some great food. The place has been beautifully decorated and has a very festive feel. Great service:)

Our meal (chicken tenders) at Caddies was served by Chloe. She was friendly and provided good service. We enjoyed our meal and she was attentive to our needs.

This was the 2nd time I'd been. The 'holes' were challenging enough providing a lot of fun. Items that let the experience down.
1: The music was too loud.
2: The lighting was poor, often standing in your own light which impeded the game.
3: Only one person on duty, had to wait 11 minutes to get our coats - we were late for the cinema booking.
4: This is not the sort of activity that you would do that often, so when we presented the free game won from our last visit it was denied as it was past the 3 months (by 2 weeks)

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Mason and Becky for a fantastic time. We came for a kids party with 15 8-9 year olds, which, anywhere else would of been a hell on earth experience, but mason and Becky made the entire thing feel like walk in the park during spring. I haven't seen a better duo since batman and robin, and the way the three of us came together so effortlessly was a real hoot and I cannot recommend enough. Thanks you guys!

Poor experience and a poor effort on the design front. Such a big area used for outside sitting and 2 tiny 9 hole putting. Not a lot of imagination went in to the design of this place. Best of going to London or else where if you want a proper fun crazy golf. Cocktails not great… all in all a waste of money

Hello, this review is not for our business. We are not Caddies located in Crawley - we are a separately owned and operated company, located in Southend-on-Sea. We do not have an outside seating area...we are fully indoors.
We kindly ask that you remove your review, as your experience is not actually from our business, and your words are extremely damaging to the hard work we all do here at our Southend on Sea venue who have had no involvement in what you experienced at the venue you visited in Crawley. Thank you.

We went for a girls evening with friends tonight. We had the most lovely time. The staff couldn’t have been anymore accommodating if they tried. Incredibly good value for money!

The toilets are they really mixed and speak to you

Hi Looroc,
Our toilets are individual private cubicles, each with their own sink, toilet and hand dryer - for this reason they are gender neutral, so anyone can use them.
Our toilets do not directly speak to customers, but there are comical announcements that play throughout each cubicle to add some 'toilet humour' to the proceedings.

Caddies is an 18+ venue after 8pm, before 8pm children are welcome but they must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.
