A thoroughly stress free experience. For the forward journey, I was phoned beforehand and picked up early. The driver monitored traffic and knew his way around the airport.
The return journey was even better, Annie came to pick us up and left detailed instructions where to meet her. A comfortable, relaxing drive home interspersed with some good conversation. I'm just about to book my next trip with Annie now.

We used Taxi Annie for the 1st time this week to take us to & from Gatwick for a holiday to Rome.
Excellent service, kept us informed at all times. Rosy who drove us was a lovely lady, easy to chat to & a fantastic driver. Will definitely be using their services again!

One of Annie's drivers arrived spot on time as always..cases taken straight to the car, and of we went to Gatwick..a most enjoyable journey..arrived at Gatwick well on time...
and on the return there was the driver..and luggage carried to the car and home we went. All the hassle taken away ! that is why we always use Taxie Annie,,,,,,

Taxi Annie is great! Annie is a lovely jolly lady who is very efficient and reliable. One of her drivers, Mark, took us to Gatwick at the crack of dawn and he was brilliant. Annie brought us back and she is a joy. Texted us the day before and offered to get milk and bread for us should we need it. Her smiling face greeted us in arrivals and the whole experience was great. Highly recommend Taxi Annie.

Annie picked us up from the airport and gave us the benefit of her local history knowledge on our ride to Peel. We used her services again when going to a local pub, both there and back. Annie is friendly, helpful and courteous and we would definitely recommend her.

As always Annie arrived "spot on time...and with that wonderful smile and greeting..
and within seconds our cases were being put in the boot of her luxurious car..and off were to the Airport..with water and biscuits to enjoy en-route.
The early morning mist covered the view, however soon the Sussex landscape came into view as we neared Gatwick..with help of the sun. Another most enjoyable start to our holiday.
And when we arrived back late in the evening..there was Annie waiting for us and ready to take us to her car. A perfect end to a wonderful holiday..just booking our next
trip.
We have recommended Annie to our relatives and friends, and all have said how wonderful she is..and recommended her to others.
Thank you Annie so much..we look forward to travelling with again soon. You are indeed a most skilful driver entwined with such warmth and considerate care

We have used Taxi Annie several times now and always find Annie cheerful. She provides a clean and smart service and I always feel safe with her driving. Her use of modern technology in the vehicle ensures the quickest route home. Our most recent journey with Taxi Annie was a collection from Heathrow after snowfall which made us about 3 hours late arriving. Annie met us unflustered by the delays and got us comfortably home.

This is the first time I have used Taxi Annie and thought the service was great.
Just after I landed I received a text saying where she would be standing.
Walked out of arrivals there was the iPad with my name and a cheerful smile.
Nice car and a lovely drive home.
Would definitely use the service again.
