Ollie and Paul were able to accommodate our last minute request and we thoroughly enjoyed our day. E-bikes were great and the GPS system for trail finding worked perfectly. Recommended!

We hired 2 bikes from Olly and the team while staying at a local campsite.

Had an ebike trail experience bought for me by my children as a Christmas present, and finally manged to coordinate a date with my brother as we both enjoy bike rides and was a last minute booking and Olly was fantastic at being able to accommodate us at short notice and on the day Paul gave us great guidance and ideas on which course maybe suitable for us, with the suggest free app trial to help guide us...great quality bikes, as don't think we would have made a full days ride on an ordinary bike that's for sure, as some of the route was quite challenging, but then that's all part of the fun and the views were fantastic, first time at the Downs and we thoroughly enjoyed it, still talking about it days later, so we must have enjoyed it !! Thank you again for a fab day and highly recommended experience.

Great service from Southern E bike, Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful. First time using e-bikes, it was great fun, we will definitely be back.

Had a great time as a family with the electric bikes. Staff were very friendly and Paul went above and beyond to make sure my youngest had a great time. He spent loads of time with her building her confidence and showing us the best routes to take. Highly recommend and we will be back very soon.

We wanted to explore the South Downs the easy way on e-mountain bikes. lol. It was great fun and the bikes were excellent but you still need to work to get the most of the day. We cycled around forty miles with almost 5000 ft of climb. Turning up the power for the climbs made such a difference and we had a great day.
Paul and the team helped us choose the right bikes for our journey and they were excellent. Good condition and we can thoroughly recommend them for a great day cycling on the Downs.

Olly & Paul at Southern eBike rentals helped helped us organise a memorable day: from friendly initial enquiry, kind and experienced advice, good value (and high quality) bikes, route planning, lunch stop suggestions, reassuringly well organised without being OTT. This was a great day - suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, in lovely countryside. A wonderful day out for groups and ages of all varieties.

We received excellent service from Daniel, he ensured the bike was perfect for us guiding us through the controls and even suggested downloading an app of the trial he recommended which was ideal, a great day out thanks to Daniel

I took my sister as she gifted me an experience day for Christmas. We were slightly nervous not being overly ‘bike fit’ but Paul at the hire centre was super helpful and reassured us that his suggested route would suit our ability and the type of biking experience we wanted. It was sooo good! Definitely give it a go, the various levels/geared assisted bikes take all of the arduous elements away and make it truly enjoyable.
