My daughter Evie just celebrated her 5th Birthday at DJs and she had the best time with her friends. We had an excellent host called Bronwyn who was always on hand to help and answer any queries! She even spotted that my daughter had lost her balloon at the end of the party and got her another one! Thank you DJs and Bronwyn for making 10 little kids (and parents) very happy :)

My son just had his 6th birthday yesterday here in Hemel Hempstead was completely desorganised!!! My "own dedicated host" that just the name because she is it not, because i was to looking for her all the time. She's name i think it's Georgia , she just came to me outside when was the exactly time for party and everyone was already there!! She bring me in and the people from the party before was still there!! So i was ready to set up and the parents for sit down around 25min after !! Staff was cleaning the dirty table with a cloth and touching the forks at the same time. She didn't ask the parents what their childrens wants to eat and she didn't give me any information about the party, i had to ask everything!! I ask if they can put my cake on the fridge they said: "ah i don't know if i have space on the fridge" but they did. After all this food came, and was very cold and the chips was very hard to eat!! It's not a 2h party time because the party start later and then before finish Georgia came and ask if she can have the big king chair for another party when my son was still sitting there eating his ice cream... i had a very sad boy after this!! Was expecting much more for the money!!

The customer service is awful and unfair. Completely deviating to be delt with in this way.

What can I say love this place!!!!! We go every other week with our son who's 5, he enjoys playing and making lots of friends! Very well catered for all ages and you can see your children at all times. The staff are so helpful and kind and will go that extra mile to help parents. Food delicious, toilets clean, very hot on covid restrictions, definitely recommend!!!

Booked a birthday party here with laser tag, absolutely amazing, the staff were brilliant and attentive, special mention to Jade & Conall for organising everything, will definitely be booking again!!!

We were initially greeted by Jess our party host and she was outstanding. She was very accommodating and the pary was very smooth sailing. I'd definitely recommend having a child's birthday party at djs. Very happy children and parents.

Abby J absolutely MADE today! My daughter had her 5th birthday here and I needed a helping hand.
Abby J not only greeted me and made sure I understood how the party would work, in terms of timings, she also helped with allergies, party bags and cake advice.
Many, many thanks to Abby J. She's a wonderful employee and made my daughter's 5th birthday party a raging success.

Riona and Lia were fantastic . My daughter had a laser tag party and it couldn’t have gone better . Everyone had a fantastic time . Would fully recommend it .

I have taken my children to this indoor soft play in Jarman Hemel several times over the past 2 years. We also had my daughter’s 7th birthday party there in September and then went to their Halloween party there in October. Excellent Halloween party.
The service is always excellent. The food is great. The staff are so helpful. The girl who was responsible for my daughter’s birthday party was brilliant - her name was Leah (not sure about the right spelling).
Highly recommend this place - very easy to park.
Will definitly be back! Thanks.
