Drift experience

My son and I spent this morning doing the 36 lap drift experience. The briefing was informative and to the point. We found Drift Limits to be very well run and all staff were friendly and keen to assist, in particular my instructor Fabian aka 'Fabs' whose instruction was excellent and clearly tailored to get the best out of the event for me at my ability level, through clear instruction, genuine enthusiasm and leading by example by demonstrating car control which was first class and added to the enjoyment. I know my son enjoyed his session which was coincidentally from Fabs' brother, in a similar vein. A very professional outfit set up for us to get the best from the day. We will be back.

Ask for Rishi as your instructor - he's great!

I did the stunt driving experience with Rishi and it was excellent! 100% recommended. It was so much fun and very exciting! Rishi was a great instructor and has a fantastic sense of humour. He was very complimentary and encouraging and really made my experience enjoyable and stress free.

Great drift experience

Another 36 lap drift session to try to get better at connecting the drifts. The track has been updated so you get more corners and also the use of a BMW 3 series and a 350Z. Both handle differently. Orlando was very good giving guidance and pushing me to go harder on the accelerator - made a huge difference! I was trying to be too controlling of the throttle. Some nice angles. Well worth it.

Police Pursuit

I was given the Police Pursuit as a Christmas present last year. I wasnt expecting much to be honest as these things can be a bit sterile, but i cant remember the last time I had so much fun. My instructor was Ben who was brilliant and showed me how to get round the track safely, but fast!. Our pursuer ( I think it was Phil but that could be wrong) was brilliant as well. It lasted much longer than i thought it would and I would recommend this to anyone.
The MX5's go more than fast enough for the track, and we also had a lap in the Charger - so much fun

Once in a lifetime experience!

Wow! What an experience. My 7 year old son had an INCREDIBLE time and to watch as a Mum, we will BOTH have memeories to last a lifetime! The staff were all so friendly, professional, fun and reassuring. The whole morning was so well organised with minimal waiting. We will absolutely be returning!

The BEST under 17 Fun Drive EVER !!

My son Oscar had an under 17 Fun Drive today & says it was the BEST experience EVER. Phil was his driving instructor who was brilliant, easy going, very informative and a fun guy to be taught by. The staff were friendly, it was very organised, easy to find and fab hot drinks. My son left feeling fully energized and on a real buzz. Oscar will definitely be back for another session - with Phil as the instructor !!

Great staff. Shame about the track

Let's start with the positives. The staff are great. Really friendly and helpful. Everything is explained really thoroughly and you have lots of opportunities for media and add ons.
I had booked the supercar experience and decided to do the drift as an add on.
Rian, my instructor in the MX5 was a star and saved the day which I had not really enjoyed up until then.
Now the negatives...
The track is TINY. Probably two thirds of a mile but even then its still not a proper lap. It's very narrow and twisty and there isn't a proper straight where you can give the car its head.
My Ariel Atom was quick but to drive it on such a technical circuit was very hard. Especially as there are very few run off areas. Make a mistake and you are in the farmer's field.
If you damage the car in an off, you a liable for up to £4,500 unless you take out "on the day," insurance.
I wasn't too impressed with the car. The front tyres were older than most of the instructors. They were cracked and markings on the side revealed they were 24 years old. There was play in the steering too. My instructor told it was because it had rose joints in the steering. Not sure I'm convinced by that.
Finishing on a high. The drift was great. The technique for drifting was explained very comprehensively by Rian. It was great value and great fun.
