Amazing time had by all! We hired the motability scooter and was met by the car and shown around by a lovely gentleman who couldn’t do enough. Amazing views and atmosphere, only slight downside was the price of the food but perfect if you take a picnic. We will definitely be back - slight tip as well if you’re going by maps do not just put in Bedgebury as this takes you the wrong way down a track where there is no access. Put in bedgbury visitor centre which is basically just off the A21.

Beautiful place really enjoyed our day BUT it is extremely expensive £57 for 4 x burger and chips with a drink and £15 parking!!!! An expensive park day!!! Definitely take a pack lunch!

Bike trails were amazing! Got a new GT Elite and it ran pretty well, a lot of the reds have quite a bit of pedalling but overall experience was great for not having ridden in years. What I don't quite understand is how can they close the metal gate with padlocks after 7pm, what if someone gets lost or, like us, we take longer than expected and consequently get locked in?? We found out the hard way, ended up in a motel nearby dropped off by two very kind people, but had to leave the cars there overnight because no way could we get out. DON'T PARK IF YOU'RE GONNA STAY TILL AFTER 7PM.

If you want to have a peaceful and quiet day Bedgebury is the place for you to go. You can go with anyone you want including grandparents and children and friends.
I like riding my bike there. There are all different trails you can do. The hardest ones are the black routes followed by the red routes. There are many different types of birds including green woodpeckers.
The playgrounds are extremely nice. There are many different ones.
I love going to Bedgebury. I highly recommend this place

This place is an amazing park and so much to explore I have come here so many times but every time I discover new places. This place is good for mountain bikers and walkers or just for a coffee. This is a great place for all the family.

Two of us arrived in our cars to do a 2 hour walk..we saw the SawMill long loop walk on- line and thought it looked like a good idea.
We found out quickly that the cost was £10 per car. Which meant that a 2 hour walk would cost £20 for 2 of us in two separate cars - immediately suggesting that in future, one of us would need to park outside the park on the road, and come in one car, causing problems in the narrow lanes.
A nearby friend today told us that they couldn't afford to walk their dog there as it would cost £70 a week - £10 a day for parking.
We asked for the map of the Saw Mill loop (avail on google) but it doesn't exist now....
We asked to see the loop with the old lake, and whether it could be seamlessly added to the big loop, as they joined at a junction. The answer was yes but there was no signage, so we would have to work it out for ourselves.
SO while it was quite a pleasant walk, it worked out as a very expensive 2 hour walk.
I think it feels like teething problems, so perhaps get your walking maps sorted, signage and do a 2 for 1 deal for 2 cars coming in together. Friend said it was £3-3.50 before which seems more acceptable, especially as regulars come in everyday. More in line with the National Trust!

Arrived by car, lots of parking available but it can get very busy. You pay on exit, which is essentially your admission fee. At time of writing it cost £14 per vehicle.
There are different walks and bike routes to choose from. Information board and free map leaflets provide additional ideas.
In front of the main lake you’ll find the Visitor Centre, within is the restaurant, toilets and the Information desk, with a small gift shop.
All the main paths are well maintained and suitable for buggies and wheelchairs. Lots of wooden benches are located around the area as well as some picnic tables.
Many of the trees have a small tag giving their botanical name. Some are truly beautiful to see and the whole area is very well kept.
Worth reading details on the website to find out about opening times and events.

Christmas at bedgebury was very disappointing, not as many lights at the start of our walk, got a bit better once you pass the cafe

Visited New Years Eve, staff were absolutely lovely but the trail was very disappointing this year!! We visited last December and it was amazing, so decided to book this year and couldn’t believe how bland it was! Food and drinks very expensive but enjoyable!! Probably won’t be booking again for a while

it's free to go in but there is a charge for car parking. Peak time (weekends, school holidays and bank holidays) £14 all day; off peak time (weekdays Mondays to Fridays) £10 all day; any day early bird (8 am and leave by 11 am) £3.50 and late afternoon (April to September only, arrive at 5 pm and leave at close) £3.50.
I am disabled and need to use a wheelchair. How much will it cost me for parking and going round the Pinetum

Hello, there's a free period of up to 20 minutes at the visitor centre car park that you can use to drop people off or collect them. I'd recommend that children are supervised whilst visiting, so unless they're meeting an adult there it's a great place for the whole family.

For the go ape is it suitable to wear shorts and a t-shirt in hot weather or do you have to have long sleeves and trousers?
