The Silverstone team have been brilliant, ticket purchase and delivery through the new app was seamless and when I had a query, they were fast efficient and very helpful in sorting this out with me. Just fantastic

Avoid Experiences with Silverstone - money risk

I’ve had a really bad experience with Silverstone. Bought a £300 track experience. The driver had a sever car accident a few weeks ago so is unable to drive ATM. Asked Silverstone if I could change the date and was told no changes can be made at all. I’m pretty disgusted with Silverstone and see they are only interested in making as much money as they can. They would rather innocent customers lose a huge amount of money or force a person who would be dangerous to drive to attend the experience rather than simply let me change the date. I can see they have plenty of availability after June so no reason to not be flexible.

I have also raised a formal complaint to them on this 5 days ago (as there is no phone number to contact them on), I have heard nothing back so far.
My dad is a huge F1 fan and was so excited when he got this experience for his birthday. I was then thinking this would be a good idea for future birthdays too. Clearly now I will never buy another experience / product from Silverstone or a related partner again.

So be mindful if you’re looking to buy something from them. If all goes well you may have a lovely day but if you have any problems / concerns or queries you’ll have no support from Silverstone. Really disgraceful

Certainly one of the best circuits in the world, and possibly the best experience.
The silverstone management and team are just so switched on to motorsport. I have done three bike track days here and the organisation is superb. The staff are so friendly and genuine that all the essential rules and safety are really easy and pleasant.

This review is being written before I've been to Silverstone because I wanted to sat how fantastic the Silverstone Customer Service team have been, and in particular Lauren who has been amazing.
We thought we had accommodation booked for the F1 weekend but it fell through. The Silverstone website stated all camping was sold out, but after speaking to Lauren via email and on the phone, we managed to book a camping place.
So pleased. Great service 👏

Went today .. what an absolute ball ache to get in … had to scan a QR code buy a ticket download the App and supply personal and financial information just to be allowed in. Took best part of half an hour so some of our group just left as it was too much hassle… won’t be back!

Official misdirected me - had to walk extra miles

I have been going to Luffield part of circuit for many years. Recently I was trying to get to Luffield from the main entrance which was nearby but was directed away by an official and told Luffield was closed. I then had to walk EXTRA MILES to go to the outfield through the Copse tunnel to get to Luffield. I find Luffield is open after all, with people already there. Also I see lots of people are now coming down to Luffield along the roadway and the internal tunnel from the main entrance. So I was made to walk extra miles for nothing!
Then I went into the museum cafe, and on the way out was told if I did not have my ticket, I could not get back on the track. Fortunately I still had my ticket as I could have deleted it from my phone. So be careful if you wish to visit the museum cafe from the track.
It seems the place is not so customer friendly nowadays.
