Great Puffin Tour

실제로 퍼핀을 처음 본 투어였어요. 보트가 꽤 새 것인 듯 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 승선도 어렵지 않았고, 항해도 쾌적하고 안락했습니다. 직원분이 오가면서 친절하게 설명도 해주시고, 좌현 우현 모두 골고루 볼 수 있도록 배도 방향을 돌려주셨어요. 바다는 꽤 추울 수 있으니 따뜻하게 입고 가시기를 추천드립니다.

It was my first time experiencing a Puffin tour, and the boat seemed to be quite new, clean, and well-maintained. Boarding was easy, and the navigation was pleasant and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and provided informative explanations as they moved around. They also adjusted the direction of the boat to ensure that both the port and starboard sides had equal opportunities to see the puffins. As the sea can be quite chilly, I recommend dressing warmly for the tour.

Great visit to the Farnes!

I have been on the Puffin Cruise before. Went with my daughter and grandsons who had not been before and they loved it. Really excellent. Staff and crew are so friendly and helpful. Lovely family day out.

My first Sunset cruise of 2023 and as always it did not disappoint the crew were friendly and helpful I've struggled with mobility recently and they are so helpful making sure you can get on and off the boat with ease, they are full of information about the area and the wildlife the birds were amazing so many all over the sunset was breathtaking can't wait to organise the next trip

Awesome experience of the Farne island birds!

The trip was wonderful as I was able to see so many birds and the seals.
The staff onboard made sure we all were able to identify the wildlife and even wandered around the boat speaking to us individually. The skipper even had dog treats for the dogs!

Magical, beyond expectations!

What an amazing tour! This was a fabulous experience which exceeded my expectations. From Holy Island, puffins, seals, and the added treat of a pod of dolphins. The crew was fantastic and went above and beyond to make this a memorable trip. I am looking forward to doing it again :)

A perfectly joyous cruise around the Farne Islands to see the seabirds and grey seals. Thoroughly enjoyed every second and couldn't stop smiling. The crew were incredibly helpful and my lack of mobility wasn't a problem as I had lots of help. There were steps to navigate as the tide was out but they weren't a problem for me. We spotted a pod of dolphin on the way back to the harbour which was an added bonus. Will definitely be booking with Serenity next year and taking my partner. Highly recommended.

Simply the best

Went on the Puffin Island cruise (only in April/May/June as puffins then migrate). Would recommend going on an afternoon cruise if you can, as significantly more birdlife around then. Also we saw several sailings whilst we were staying in Seahouses, and the afternoon sailings were far quieter, meaning getting photos is easier. Not only did we see huge amounts of guillemots, cormorants and of course puffins, we were also treated to a pod of dolphins who playfully followed us and enjoyed swimming under the boat between the two hulls of our catamaran.
The crew were knowledgable and adapted the trip as the wildlife appeared - so we spent 45 minutes getting to the islands rather than the necessary 15, so we could see the dolphins.

Great Trip - Will definitely go again!

I loved my trip 2 hour Puffin Trip with Serenity Tours last week. Booking online is really easy so you can plan your trip in advance. Your tickets are emailed through and you can add them to your wallet on your phone. There are also reminder texts for the event, (though you can buy them in person before your trip). Parking is easy nearby to the harbour.

Everyone is so friendly, from the ladies in the ticket office to the crew on the boat. The crew were really knowledgeable about both the area and the wildlife, and Andrew spoke to each group on the boat to make sure we got the most from our trip and answered all our questions.

The Serenity Boats are easier to take photos from because they are twin hulled catamarans which makes them more stable, so a friend recommended them to help me get sharper photos. Although its disappointing that you can't get land on the Farnes because of Bird Flu, its understandable. It was a little choppy but I still got some really good photos.

I saw Puffins galore, Kittiwakes, Terns, Shags and Grey Seals but the highlight of the trip were the dolphins which had been spotted by another boat and it was radioed across so they dashed across to allow us to see them. When they swam off, the crew were sensitive enough not to disturb or chase them which I thought was a great balance for both wildlife and passengers.
