Really efficient service. Had a fab time cycling over the exmoor hills. Bikes are really good quailty. Want my own ebike now!

An amazing experience spent sea kayaking with family and friends, expertly guided by Dan from Exmoor Adventures, on a beautiful early June evening (5.00 - 7.30pm), under a clear blue sky and a lowering, still warm sun, meandering gently through Porlock’s sea marshes. Reaching the marshes required us kayaking across open sea water in front of Porlock Weir; fortunately for us not too windy or choppy and the incoming tide speeded our return from the marshes to the pebbly beach we launched from. Dan was great - professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly and all round good company - he even showed us his vintage rescue raft which was very cool and gave us some great recommendations on where to visit on our last day in Devon, thanks Dan, Woody Bay was a great tip! Sea kayaking with Dan was definitely one of our highlights during our week long stay in sunny Devon and would absolutely choose Exmoor Adventures again on a future visit, for more kayaking or maybe some E-biking next time. *Photos taken by David Small.

Dan was an excellent leader on this experience, he was gently encouraging to my son who is scared of heights and made him feel he could reach the top! Safety was paramount and all equipment was provided to make participants feel secure. The activity was fun and varied with three different trees to climb, time trial challenges and other variations. We all had a great time, many thanks!

Great trip out. Dan talked us through everything brilliantly and then laid on games in the kayaks as well to keep fully entertained.

Went as one large family group (ages 13 to 60 odd !) to fill the 90 minute archery session. Jack who ran it was very clear with instruction and made it a fun session to learn, practice and have a few small competitive games. Lovely scenic coastal backdrop for it too. All in all it made for an enjoyable activity for everyone to participate in no matter the age range.

Experiencing the marshes at high tide was great, exploring the waterways amongst the trees. We paddled from Porlock weir habour across the bay and into the marshes via the breach in the sea defences. We also paddled around the harbour area
The tour was well led and entertaining as well as being flexible enough to accommodate all. A great evening's entertainment.

My wife and I booked our e-bikes in advance. The booking process was very straightforward. We arrived on time and the bikes were ready for us. After a short briefing on how to use the bikes we had a test ride to ensure everything was working and adjusted appropriately. We then discussed route options and decided on the '3 peaks'. This was about 18 miles and fairly challenging for novices. However....great fun! We used the supplied Garmin Sat Nav which had the route pre-loaded, this meant we could enjoy the ride without stressing about getting lost! We had no issues with the bikes, although my battery was on 'reserve' when we finished, so I'm pleased we did not opt for a longer route (higher spec bikes were available for those wanting a longer range). The scenery was stunning and the e-bikes make the countryside much more accessible. We are hoping to purchase e-bikes, due to the cost, hiring bikes was an ideal way to get a greater understanding of what's important in bikes of our own.

So much fun, really felt safe and comfortable. Good fun for beginners and all ages could join in together. We definitely challenged ourselves! Great location - we could even grab lunch next door.
