The best autism/disability friendly theme park in the country. No time slots issued for rides. Easy access band is a godsend. Staff are lovely and patient.

Fantastic day out. Great information and helpful staff. As im disabled, it takes a little more time to do things but they were extremely considerate and understanding. Recommended.

some good rides, maybe more for younger kids but had a great time still. staff who got us off gold rush when it got stuck were very polite and helped us as quick as they could, big thanks to them ☺️

Overall pretty rubbish place to visit personally I will not visit here again. Only one place for food was open in this whole entire theme park. Food was everywhere on the floor and extremely overpriced. The rides broke down when I came here they had to get security over so it’s not very safe.

Wow exceeded expectations!
We often go to Orlando, thorpe, blackpool, alton for rides but we had a 6 year old , who we needed a first coaster to try him out on before we take him to paris and orlando.
The perfect park for his needs. We also had a very Rollercoaster savvy 10 year old with us and even she was content with the offer of rides.
The size of the park is perfect unlike Alton, which is a marathon of a walk to get anywhere!
Unfortunately we could of done with 2 days there but we did the necessary rides to break the 6 year old boy into coasters.
TWO negatives were; no app times hardly anywhere. There is a board at Thomas land and one other somewhere else maybe , but this damaged our day massively and we ended up in a one hour 10 min que as we didn't know how long the que was! Thus leaving us less time for other rides. The app is really crap.
SMOKING everywhere. Adults smoking cigarettes all over the park and younger people vaping!! Staff did not say anything to these people. Even queuing there were people smoking. It's a kids park!!!! We smoke but not at the risk of anyone else's clean air !! Selfish and common.
So drayton needs to address those 2 issues ans the park is spot on.
TIPs: take food as ques are long and they sell out of food !!
Arrive before opening as its crazy after with the carparking etc.
Take a poncho for the water ride. You get soaked!!!!!!!

Many points to my review.
1. Drayton manor do not care about safety of guests. My son was shoved by a grown women on gold rush (she had disabilities) . We was walking into bay 2 of gold rush air gates. The women came out of her bay in bay 1. Ran at my son. Pushed him and he was pushed into the air gates behind. Her carer didnt even bother to aplogise. I understand its not her fault she didnt know what she was doing. But neither the carer or drayton did anything. He was left uncontrollably crying and went to ride staff to explain what happened. They did nothing other than say we can wait for the next train.
I have emailed a complaint regarding this 9 days ago. Only today 9 days later have I had a reply. A reply that they didn't take responsibility for their lack.of care that day. They said they reviewed cctv and seen a women running towards my son but they can't be "clear" if contact was made as it was a "blind spot" from how we was stood. that is a utter lie. When she ran at him and shoved him it was all in the same spot. They can see some of what happened but not the major part of what happened?? They tried to say she tripped over first, again. A lie. She tripped and fell backwards AFTER she had pushed him.!! My son is 10 this women was in her 30s so a shove from a big women is of course going to hurt a 10 year old child. They also claim it didn't look like.a shove hard enough for him.to hit his back. But yet claim they didn't see the contact?? And then said if distress or concerns was shown security would of come. My son was crying uncontrollably that was clear to see on cctv and ride staff?? Is that not clear distress??
2. We went on 2nd Sept it was absolutely heaving busy all queues was over 1.5 hours long gold rush over 2 hours long. Operations were ridiculous staff eas more bothered about talking to each other than getting guests on and off rides. The wave Operations it took 5 minutes to load and dispatch the 1 train they have.
It took 9 days for them to reply to my complaint. 9 days!! For them to shift blame and try and discredit what actually happened and blame blind spots on cameras.
They offered 25 percent off next visit. That is insulting and disgusting offer to make after our day was horrendous and such a bad experience. A free return is the least they could offer!!
And also ended badly with us stuck st the top car park 1.5 hours trying to get out!!!
I am now waiting for their reply again which I'm guessing will be yet another 9 days!!
Be very careful if anything happens to your children here. They don't have the care and compassion that they should of. Don't take accountability for anything that went wrong.
Would also like to make a point of how my son is. He is 10 very brave boy rides all the coasters at thorpe and towers. Including hyperia which he rode alone twice at thorpe. He never cries or gets that distressed ever! For him to cry so uncontrollably clearly something major had happened!

We went a week after schools returned as my grandson had a teacher training day. The park was really quiet and relaxed so we were able to walk onto rides and ride multiple times. Will definitely do this again

Utterly epic place to visit.
I did not go to the zoo as do not agree with prisons for animals, but the rides and entertainment was epic. Much better than another theme park I have been to recently and loads of fun for all ages! Not huge queue times too. Thank you

Went here yesterday with a family of 6 and paid over £200 to get in , some rides was not working lots of animals in the zoo was missing food and drink was was mega expensive ( pint of beer £7.75 ) if your going with your family take plenty of money . And then they have the cheek to charge you £9.50 to park in there car park !! Won’t be going back

I’ve booked a ticket online but neve received the confirmation email although payment has been taken. Phon number no longer works so can anyone advise how I make contact with a human? Emailed customer service and their automated responses someone will get back to me in 10 days!! Outrageous……

Hi I am planning to go with my three children on my own. Age 5 9 12. If 5 year old meets the height criteria would I have to get on rides with him? Would my 9 year old be able to go on rides on her own (with my son)? Rides aren't really my thing but the kids love them. Thanks

We are planning a trip here on Friday with a very inpatient toddler, it opens at 10.30. Should I aim to get there before then or will I be waiting around? ☺️

Hey, I'd get there between 9.45 and 10am. I park near vikings but follow it round and wait til its open as it does open earlier but rides won't be open til 10.30am... so you can see animals early. We are normally there 9.30am and waiting. I have children with additional needs and the staff are all amazing.... hope you have a lovely time 😀

I guess being a theme park it's always busy esspecially Easter maybe wait till Saturday maybe,everytime ive been it's been busy whenever I've gone.just make sure you have a lovely time whenever you go! Xx

I booked a stay yesterday because it said there was only 1 thomas room left at the time the price said it was 288.50 now it doesn't say that and the price has dropped to 235? Will drayton honour the new price? Also I have my confirmation of my reservation but the payment hasn't been taken yet? It's not even in pending? Has this happened to anyone else?
