always come here with friends. great things for everyone and definitely recommend as it has many shops in and around it.

While the Bentall Centre is a great place to visit, I would not recommend the post office on the ground floor.
On Monday 27th March 2023 at 17:42, I was at Kingston upon Thames, Unit L7 Bentalls, Shopping Centre, KT1 1TP and the man behind the counter was extremely unprofessional. He could clearly see I was next in line, but acted as if I were not present. After dealing with a customer, he began to talk on his phone in another language in front of me and then afterward proceeded to ask someone else to come over to the counter despite clearly seeing that I was next in the queue. There was no verbal communication from the man, only the gesturing of his hands as if I was a dog to put the parcel on the weighing machine and then give him the parcel. He then said: ''second class'' to what appeared to be his school aged son who was sitting beside him in at a counter service that was not in use. The man then put my receipt in between the glass in such a position that I had to stretch my arm to obtain it while simultaneously turning his head away from me as if I were fodder.
The customer service was absolutely abhorrent. Staff should not be running a Post office if they are unable to TREAT ALL SECTIONS OF SOCEITY with respect and dignity, irrespective of their race and background. If I did not need the parcel to be posted promptly, I would have walked out.

Friday 18th November we visited Kingston upon Thames, we used to life in the area but moved away seven years ago.
It was a trip down memory lane and no visit to Kingston is complete without a visit here.
Although the building opened in 1992, it is now 30 years old and still looks good. It's high arched metal and glass roof still remains as an impressive feature.
In that time it has been through a number of changes and seen numerous occupants come and go.
Since we were here last it has gained a four screen Cinema, The Curzon, with it's own bar. The entrance is located on the 2nd floor alongside Waterstones, the bookshop, which has gained a new glass frontage and cafe.
A new soft play area will soon be on the lower ground floor.
It is home to 75 outlets spread out over 4 floors, which are easily accessible by lifts, escalators and stairs. There are many brand name stores here, Massimo Dutti, FatFace, Tommy Hilfiger, Mango, Zara and so many more.
They stand along side other high street stores such as Boots, WH Smith, Apple
and the Post Office.
There several hair salons and beauty treatments clinics about the Centre.
Many years ago there was a Gym on the top, fifth floor, this is now gone but the space is now included in H&M.
When we visited the Centre was decorated for Christmas and the famous Bentalls Bears were on display, it was good to see them again. The decorations and the Bears did add some extra sparkle to the Centre.
Visitors to the centre would certainly not go hungry or thirsty, with a variety of eateries in Food Court and throughout the Centre.
McDonald's are located on the lower ground floor. There is the Food Court, Yo (Sushi), Pizza Kitchen, Tortilla Kitchen and
There are two of branches of Costa Coffee and a Starbucks.
The centre also has nearly 2,000 parking spaces. Due to it’s central position it is easily accessible by public transport, trains and buses.
From every level of the Centre there is access directly in the Bentalls Store

Thank you so much to the wonderful Slovenian lady at the Clarins counter for finding my sister’s lost phone that she left at the Clarins counter and leaving it aside. Fantastic customer service! And a life saver!

Seeing someone fall from a great height, possibly suicide, with your three children, landing about 2mtrs from where you stand by McDonald’s is not the happy Christmas memory we wanted yesterday. I do hope the man survived. It may of been an accident but not sure how you just fall over the railings by accident….. the railings need to be made higher.
My children now say they never want to shop there again.

We visited this shopping centre whilst visiting the town and it was a good centre. It had some great shops, all the usual ones you would find in a good shopping centre. It was very busy, we did not use the car park as we had traveled there by train so not sure what parking there is like. But it is well worth a visit.

Great shopping centre but very poorly designed carpark. They claim "ticketless" machines however they are only on two levels, ground level and level 8. Barely any signs to tell you where they are.

Walking arround Kingston shopping area you have to visit Bentalls mall and the shop itself. I go there for H&M and Newlook store. Bentall mall is vibrant ,a visit to its other stores is a treat too.

I love Kingston upon Thames bentalls there are desserts restaurants and shopping to do the lift have windows in them with makes them not scary and fun recommend going here.

I have often visited this shopping centre recently. Although the toilets are fine generally not once has there been soap.
