Absolutely amazing experience, puts the fun back in to cinemas.
Loves being able to have a cheeky few drinks and food , whilst relaxing in what can only be described as luxury.

Just seen Don’t Worry Darling and decided to have a drink. Maisy was so helpful in recommending the Rioja red wine. All served very quickly and efficiently.

I always choose Everyman over big cinema chains. It always feels small and friendly. The staff are always courteous and efficient. I love the comfy sofa seats and a chance to sip a delicious wine throughout the film. Always a treat!

Extremely disappointed

I visited the Everyman cinema in Reigate last night for the first time. Let me just make it clear that I think the concept is great. The venue in Esher being my favourite. The service was polite and fast. The seats were comfortable. My friend and I were desperate to watch Top Gun Maverick. The only 2 seats left together were 1A and B. I get that they were right up front but I’ve sat in the front row at movies before, no problem.
However immediately on arrival I knew this was different. The screen is very small and very close to the front row. The seats we were in were actually not even in line with the edge of the screen. There was a door and wall in front of us! I could literally not focus on the furtherest 1/3 of the right hand side at all and spent the best part of 2 hours creaking my neck. A painful 2 hours at that.

I get you are a business. I get bums on seats make money. However those seats on the far left and right in the first 2 rows are not fit for purpose! It’s impossible to enjoy any cinematic experience from there! 35 years excitement waiting for Top Gun 2 absolutely ruined by dreadful seating. A big thumbs down unfortunately guys, there is absolutely no way people would not have complained about this before

Needs a good clean.

The place looks very tired and dirty, I visit this cinema 2 or 3 times a month as I am a member. The sofa we sat on our last visit was dirty with bits of food stuck to it, I received my diet coke with a glass of ice that had a lipstick mark! The lounge area outside the screen had boxes of cleaning products, which didn't look good. Overall the place needs a good clean, shame that manager/s don't seem to care.

Amazing cinema, been here loads. The staff are friendly and helpful, cinema is clean and comfy and the menu is awesome.
Always come here rather than the big unfriendly ones

APPALLED. my friend and i planned a great day out to the cinema and when we arrive (after spending over £30 on two tickets) we are turned away at the door. the film we wanted to see was a 15 and we are well over the age requirement yet because we didn’t have PHYSICAL ID like a passport (who would even think to bring a passport to the cinema) we were not allowed in. DAY RUINED.

Grim, grubby and overpriced

We are big fans of Everyman cinemas but we’re so disappointed when we visited Reigate last night. The foyer was grubby, badly in need of a hoover, the tap in the ladies was broken and again the facilities were really tired, and the actual cinema was cold. It really needs updating!!

Went to see the new Eternals film on Wednesday. Film was great and found the staff to be extremely friendly and the service with bringing food and drinks to you seat was great. Would recommend this cinema to anyone, big thumbs up 👍

James Bond, No time to die and for us to leave…

When I booked this I was hoping for a cinema experience without being with lots of people. This is the case but didn’t expect the constant food and drink ordering for those around me. Totally disruptive with the smell and noise. We ate before we arrived so didn’t expect this and just felt the whole thing absurd with hot drinks being passed over people’s heads - popcorn spilt all over the floor and the servers trying to be small passing in front of the screen to serve customers but not achieving their invisibility very well at all. I can understand that the experience would appeal to a younger generation wanting an experience away from their parents with their partner but unfortunately as an middle aged married couple we’d rather be in our own sitting room. Seating was cramped with an awkward table between us that was very uncomfortable. Not sure we would re-book in a hurry. Staff were very attentive on the plus side.
