We visit Miami Valley Casino often. It is, by far, our favorite casino. Never have we had a problem with anything or anyone during our visits. The food is delicious, the cleanliness (esp in restrooms) is impressive, and the staff is friendly and professional.

It was a lovely experience besides the fact we went home broke. The man at the front didn't speak a word to me but the lady at the players club desk was lovely

Casino is very clean, restrooms are very clean, good service, drinks are expensive but good, machines don't hit more often than they hit.

We just stopped by for a few hours and had a great time. It's been quiet a while since we were there. Well worth a revisit. We will be back soon.

This place is always very upscale feeling and clean. I am always surprised at how often I am given promotional free play on my players account.

Win/Loss statements must be requested at Players Services or you can call the main phone number on the website 10am-10pm. I just requested my 2023 statement today.

hello, I won the mvg bengals prize last thurs at bengals/colts game ($500 in free play). my question is I’m not a gambler, and have no desire to start now. can I just cash out my mvg players club card out and get the cash value? I also won $100 certificate to one of the restaurants in the casino which i will be using. Thanks for the help!
