I think I wrote the first review back in 2015 and these are still my go to guys. Now we are retired and take even more trips and this for us is the best way to and from the airport. Always 5-10 minutes early.
Our returned flight this time was due In at 12:45am but was late and got in closer to 2am.
The rate was the same as if we arrived mid day. There should be a late night surcharge so I paid extra.
How many times do you feel like you were under charged?
Now there is Uber and Lyft in town as well as Yellow cab but nice to have the same dependable guy time after time.
We will use him for two more trips this year. No reason not to.
Large suv, always water available and most importantly on time. The worst feeling is when you are packed and hoping your ride shows up or just want to get home. Never a worry here.

I was able ti book our pick up to the airport and our return from the airport when I called to make a reservation. We were picked up on time and in a spotlessly clean SUV. Upon our return, we got a call on our cell phone to coordinate our pick up after we got through baggage claim. The coordination was great and the vehicle used to pick us up was immaculately clean and pleasant to ride in. Our driver was using Google maps to route us around Friday rush hour traffic on I-5 to get us home via the quickest route. Overall, I would say Loyal Shuttle provided an excellent customer service experience.

Booked them very last minute for a one-way ride to the airport. I had actually contacted 2-3 other companies but never received phone calls or emails back. Glad I ended up using Loyal Shuttle. We arranged for a 3:45 am pick up at our home in Gresham. Driver arrived at 3:32 am and waited in the driveway until my husband went out. Picked up in a very nice large SUV with leather interior that was very nice and clean. Arrived at the airport with no issues. Driver was fairly quiet (which at 3:45 am is fine with me). Competitive prices- will definitely use them in the future.

i used Loyal Shuttle twice during my recent visit to Portland - once to a downtown Portland location from Vancouver WA, and once to the airport. On both occasions the rate quoted was the rate charged, the driver arrived 15 minutes early, addressed me by my name, knew the best route to my destination,and got me there with time to spare.The driver was personable, attentive, and happy to assist me with my luggage. The vehicle - an SUV - was new and spotless, with good legroom.
I also very much appreciated the 24/7 availability by phone. I prefer dealing directly with a human! My questions were answered with professional competency, the rate was provided ahead of time, and my reservation was confirmed immediately with no need for excessive paperwork or a mobile app.
I will definitely use this service again! I highly recommend it.

Great experience using Loyal Shuttle of Portland. The most important thing for an airport shuttle is confidence that your ride will show up and get you to the airport on time. Dilshad arrived early for the trip to the airport, and was waiting for us when our flight arrived at 11:30 pm two weeks later. Highly recommended.

I found Loyal Shuttle by using Google and reading various reviews. To be honest, I was a bit nervous the first time but the company we'd previously been using was no longer coming through for us. They didn't accept credit cards, you couldn't book online, one of their drivers is unable to assist with bags and nearly fell asleep at the wheel and the final time I called, they didn't have an available car - with a week's notice. So, I decided it was time for a change.
Our driver (Dilshad) arrived 5 minutes early in a spotless vehicle and was happy to assist with our bags. He offered us a cold bottled water and was very friendly in chatting with us enroute. We came to find that it's actually a network of drivers, each owning their own business. They distribute rides and therefore, there's always an available car. A different gentleman picked us up from PDX upon our return and again, he was on time in a clean, safe vehicle.
I hired Dilshad again over the holidays to transport my mom from and to PDX and even with crazy December traffic, he was right on time. My husband travels frequently for business and we also vacation several times annually so I'm thrilled to have found Loyal Shuttle!
The reality is, with the cost and hassle of airport parking, this is in a very comparable price point, but with the luxury of hopping into a nice warm (or air conditioned) car after a long trip.

We have used Loyal Shuttle a few times to get to the airport from Clackamas county. We do not like our cars parked at the airport. It seems the normal fly times out of PDX is 6 or 6:30 AM and if we ask for a 4:30 or 5 AM pick up they are always here and normally a few minutes early waiting in front of the house. If we are delayed on the return flight like we were this week they track it and if we get here at 10 or 11 PM they are waiting.
We have used them to Cabo, Europe and Hawaii and will continue to do so. With an early flight you need a person you can count on and Loyal Shuttle works our great for us with a reasonable price.
