The Cliffs of Conroy are accessible via Koser Park. There are two separate parking areas, both are directly adjacent to a covered picnic area. The area has a boat ramp as well as a short path down to the water front. For those who wish a true hike, the limestone cliffs are about an 30 minute walk from the parking area along a paved pathway. Once at the cliffs themselves, the view from atop of the limestone cliffs is amazing, overlooking the lake itself. This area is certainly ideal for a fashionable photoshoots. One can move down the shoreline with some difficulty since there is no 'easy' path to descend to the base One needs a good shoes and steady fitness to reach a rocky narrow shoreline. Obviously can certainly enjoy the area while remaining at the top of the cliffs or along the pathway which one can often see joggers or bikers.

Walked the trail from Koser Park to Cliffs. Trail was great...paved, well maintained, mostly shaded, history markers, lots of curves, low grades. We will bring our bikes again to ride the entire fourteen mile trail. Only down side was...was here on a Sunday and it was very crowded...great to see so many people out enjoying nature; however, fast cyclists cutting in and out of walkers and kids riding bikes on the domes of the cliffs. Unique domes and cliff of white slag along the river. Water was not deep, people wading and sitting in the river. Nice place to spend an afternoon.

Saturday morning visit to the White cliffs. It was a lovely day. We followed google maps since my GPS took us to another place. Easy to find. The white cliffs are pretty, walk carefully though since there are pieces of metal poking out in some places.
Parking: We arrived around 9a.m on a Saturday morning and the main parking lot was full. We parked in the overflow parking lot.
Bathrooms: Porta potties available by the parking lot. There is an additional porta potty by the quarry sign a few steps away from the white cliffs.
Path: Easy to follow, paved path. It took us about 22-25 minutes by bike. It would have been a long walk otherwise. Trees for shade. Pretty sights along the way.
Bike racks: By the parking lot and another one by the cliffs.
Picnic: Clean picnic tables, plenty of trash cans and 2 grills.

We found this online and decided to check it out. It is the remains from an old quarry and overlooks the Susquehanna River. It is a neat place to visit. My kids had a great time here and have asked to go back. We parked at Koser Park. From there it is a mile and a half to two mile walk to get to the cliffs (3-4 miles round trip). The whole section is paved and you can ride bike to get there. There are pieces of rusty metal mixed in some places, so you have to be careful, but it also has beautiful views of the Susquehanna. My kids enjoyed climbing up the cliffs.

This is such a unique and tranquil place. It is an easy paved hike with lots of cool scenery along the way.
My husband and I explored the area with my nine year old daughter. She loved it too!
This is definitely a place we want to see and explore in every changing season.

Weather its watching the sun set or people on the river, this spot is a great view. A nice relaxing area.

I have ridden my bike to the cliffs several times. The northwest Lancaster Rail trail leads to the cliffs and is paved and very nice. A beautiful view of the Susquehanna and a great photo op.

Easy walk or bike. Tons of shade. Wear sneakers, not sandals due to pointy/rusty objects at the cliffs. Plenty of bird watching and wild flowers in Spring. Spotted a bald eagle near the cliffs.

I found this on uncoveringpa.com and visited after stopping by Chickies Rock overlook.
Note: Be sure to park at Koser Park in Bainbridge. I typed in White Cliffs of Conoy and Google Navigation was taking me in a private road to Scuba Center which is closed to the public. It's easier to use the GPS coordinates, since I've heard of some people going to the wrong park in another regional town.The trail starts from the parking lot here: 40.089801, -76.670539. The cliffs themselves are here: 40.072228, -76.652968.
I just started photography so I thought this would be a good opportunity to visit this site. I will share a few pictures in my review here. Once you park you head out the trail downriver past the boat launch. I wasn’t expecting the 1.5 mile walk, which is great only if I had known I would have brought a bike. The trail is freshly paved and very nice. You see the warning sign and trail off to the right after you see the ruins on the left. The cliffs are pretty cool, but be careful at the edges. Walking down below the wall to the river is pretty cool. That's all I have. Go check it out!

A freshly paved trail led away from a beautiful picnic area along the Susquehanna River. The trail was perfect for walking, biking, strollers, jogging, and dogs - which many of each category were also enjoying the trail the day we visited. Well maintained and relatively litter free trail made for a pleasant outing. We will go back! I did not see wheelchair access but it could certainly accommodate a person's wheelchair although not directly to the cliffs, but you wouldn't take a stroller up there either. Bikers parked their bicycles at the entrance area to the cliffs, just off the trail, and walked onto the cliffs.
