I like this theater for the extra leg room and wide aisles. Also the restrooms are usually pretty clean. Parking is the only issue sometimes on a busy weekend.

We live close and used to like the Carmike cinemas pramenade 16 but since they closed the ticket counter you now need to get in line at the concession counter. If your not an "A List member" you wait in line till all the A List member get there tickets ahead of you. Really. Stupid customer service downfall. If your going to reward your A List clients with fast pass service at least employ enough people to treat the regular customers like paying customers. It will be a long time till we return. Just as easy to spend money to see movie in any surrounding theater. Don't get me started on the 5.99 soda and 8.99 popcorn. Treat customers right and they come back. Maybe that's why it was not full.

Stopped by for a movie and they had the one we wanted. Theater was up to date, clean and had good sound and temperatures.

I use to like coming here but there is something irritating about the clientele that keeps coming there. Everytime we have gone there the theatre is pretty empty (I'm not complaining) but when you pick a seat for some odd reason people live to sit behind your when you look around all the seats are empty! Now I have you and your friends whispering as if no one can hear you let's not forget the crunching of your snacks and kicking of the chairs . Then I tell my fiance we should me and then I get the "it's okay they'll stop " look..
The food is way over priced, the arcades are always busy and seating is okay. Staff is okay some are just completely lost there was no AC on either

We often go to this 16 theater multiplex,. The selection of films is good although mostly popular titles (not the place for art films), the seats are comfortable and you can get tickets on-line avoiding the lines. This is at the popular Center Valley Mall, so parking canoe challenging at peak times.

Nice theater, but sometimes it gets too packed. The prices aren't that bad especially if you pay the $15.00 per year to get the perks. Come on $5.00 Tuesdays, can't beat it.

Use this theater very frequently mostly for early weekday afternoon movies.
It's a very nice clean facility but what sets it apart is the helpfulness of the
young man who manages the theater on most of the afternoons when we have been there. He is always very courteous and seems to really enjoy his job. It's a simple thing
but still appreciated.

Perfect experience for a family or couple or group of friends. Clean comfortable seats in a very safe environment. They show first run features.

First time here since this location is a Carmike theater and while the movie itself was fine, the theater was in need of housekeeping. Not unlike the Catasauqua Rd. location. Ice didn't dispense, butter machine didn't work and had to walk to the other side to find a machine that worked, napkins were empty and popcorn bits all over the carpet.
When we entered our theater, we were the only patrons and almost every seat in the row we choose had some trash stuffed in the cup holder. Not in a hurry to return. This used to be the nicest theater in the valley.
