The last two weeks of June are the best time to view the lavender, and we were not disappointed. The lavender field, though not too big, is truly beautiful and tranquil.
We didn't pick the lavender, but we did make $40.00 worth of purchases in the small but enjoyable shop. Just be careful when you approach the farm from the road; the small entry sign is easily missed, and it leads to a one-lane dirt road. Across the street is a lake where you can have a takeout lunch.

Parking is located in the rear of the building. Portable toilets exist. Avoid driving an RV here, as the tight turn, steep grade, and red, crushed stone will make this a difficult pursuit. The retail space has a lot of fun and local products. This is a nice stop if you want to purchase a gift for yourself or someone else.

I loved my visit to the lavender farms. The lavender was in bloom and it was beautiful. The farm is small but there were several folks taking photos or just sitting and enjoying the scenery. A few people even brought picnic lunches. The shop is small but well worth a visit. They are limiting the amount of shoppers in the building but the wait to enter was not long. The shop had all sorts of lavender items…soaps, essential oils, lotions and potions, baking kits. They even had a few items for our furry friends. I would allow about an hour to walk around the farm and check out the gift shop…maybe long if you bring a picnic lunch.

We arrived here before opening so we took our dog for a walk at Peace Valley Park which is right across the street. You can see the lavender fields and farm from the street so once the gate was opened we headed over. It sits on a hill but the walk is easy. We were there in June 2020 when businesses began to open after Covid-19. The store itself is not yet open for public access but they have an order/pickup area behind Plexiglas. I had a few questions about what I wanted and the woman was so knowledgable about lavender and the many uses. She answered all my questions and was just so helpful! We were able to even bring our dog into the lavender field as long as she was on her leash. It was a pleasant visit. About an hour is enough time to see everything.

Such a beautiful little slice of Zen! The grounds arent gigantic, but just enough crop to look (and smell!) amazing. There are 10 benches and 4 oversized garden chairs on property. Perfect for having a packed snack or lunch (take your trash!) Or having time to sit and take in the scenery or as I like to do, meditate or ground. Dont forget to visit the gift shop for an extensive amount of smell goods and locally crafted lavender-related items. The staff is charming and helpful. A beautiful experience!

I am hooked on this place now. We often take our dog to Peace Valley Park and we usually park on the Ferry Rd areas. So one time I suggested we take New Galena Rd and see where it went. Was I surprised to find this place. I absolutely love lavender. I could stay in there all day. I am now hooked on the lavender lip balm, shower gel and the sheet and pillow spray. My daughter also uses aromatherapy extensively and I am going to get her some of the essential oil for her birthday. This is a must visit.

Wonderful shop with delicious lavender scented products all from their farm. I think they are only open Thursday thru Sunday but you should check. They give tours and talks if you have a group. It’s small located right next to Peace Valley which has a trail around lake Galena, nature center, and picnic areas.

A small shop containing many items made from lavender. Soaps, candles potpourri, etc. Outside weather permitting and seasonal is a lovely lavender farm.

The lavender farm is charming. There is a fairly small selection of merchandise inside. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoy sitting out front overlooking the lake. A great little spot to pick up a thoughtful gift.

Any time I had driven by the store was either closed or I didn’t have time. The property itself is pretty and I like the garden decor and view of lake. The machinery outside for extracting the lavender oils was interesting. Inside I found everything you could think of using lavender! I found the items a little pricey but that was expected. I also know that at least one ice cream place uses their lavender for a flavor.
Apparently best time to visit is in the end of June when it’s in full bloom and you can pick yourself. I will be back next year for that. I did buy a bag of lavender buds.

Hello :) If you'd like to come during the bloom time, that starts usually at the end of May, the peak happens in June, and we are usually finished harvesting around the second week of July. Our gift shop is open all year though and the scenery is wonderful any time of year. Peace Valley Park is located right across the street which is a wonderful spot. As well as Peace Valley Winery right around the corner and Tabora Farm and Orchard. Feel free to give us a call at the shop with any questions you may have @ 215-249-8462. :)

Hello, We apologize for the delayed response. We would say yes, it's always beautiful in this area. We have finished harvesting our fall bloom though, so there is no more fresh lavender. But it is still beautiful :)

We finished harvesting our summer bloom about three weeks ago. We will have a small fall bloom (about half the field) at the end of September into early October. Feel free to like us on facebook for more updates!
