Very interesting shopping street and a pretty unique sensory-feeling experience. I would say that Southall is London’s main ‘Little India’ district, but this is a more accessible smaller alternative.

I love having a stroll up the Ealing Road (little India) to Wembley High Street, this is the place where you can get the most gorgeous jewellry, clothing and household goods. With a nice array of restruants. The Shri Manatan Mandir is the most beautiful building in the entire area and seems a little out of place on that road but it has truelly spectacular architectural building. Little Indian is alway buzzing with people, parking is impossiable, but a nice few hours out shoppinh never the less

영국에도 이런 명소가 있는 줄 몰랐다. 인디아가 붙은 장소는 대게 청결이 좀 아쉬운 경우가 많았는데 이곳은 깔끔하고 꺠끗하여 쾌적한 관람되었다.

The Shri Manatan Mandir is well worth a visit. Most of the positive reviews already out there cover this very well. However, the council are not really coping with the high level of Paan spitting that takes place - never seem to see anyone doing it but you can see the brown stains everywhere ...especially near the ground on walls, electricity installations and telephone or camera poles. The area needs a good clean up - more needs to be made of the wonderful cultural site that is embodied in the Mandir. There is no signage for pedestrians .

As our hotel was in Wembley area we had a close proximity to Ealing Road. We had gone there for some shopping,but where amazed to find Indian style shops there! Even there were encroachments and pan spitting corners too! A real Indian culture or Gujarati identity. We were ashamed to find this as we were in absolute clean and tidy London!

The stretch of wembley Alperton with Indian stores and restaurants is your one stop for buying all things that you get back home - traditional dresses, sarees , utensils, pooja ware, Indian chaat items, restaurants and food take aways. Prashad sweets, Mumbai local, Nita Cash n carry, Vennisons, Ganapathy cash n carry, etc are some of the popular outlets here . There is also a Sanatan temple nearby

Located amidst the hustle and bustle of a mini india (Ealing road) this Mandir is a beautiful sight.
Outside and in it’s a very authentic and traditional Hindu temple.
Inside there are the statues of many Hindu gods and gurus. This temple is dedicated to all the gods.
All murtis are beautifully dressed and all have a name plate to explain who they are.
No mobile phones allowed inside and nonphotography.
No shoes are to be worn inside the Mandir.
Also modest clothing is to be worn.
