It’s the running joke between friends that I’m here all of the time - it’s becoming our second home!
With a 4 year old and 10 year old, life is often difficult to balance, and 1-11 make it possible.
My youngest is very limited speech - and so bringing back his social skills with other children is key.
He has a LOT of energy, and so loves it here.
Hot chocolate is fab, and the staff are just amazing.
I’m on first name terms with most, and they know me and our sons’ names too - welcoming, patient, understanding and always a listening ear as I walk in the door. Alex is comfortable here and gives the staff high fives. Which is a positive step for a little chap who could possibly be seen as having autistic behaviours.
The littlest things make the biggest difference, and here; that happens.
It’s intense having a young child with speech delay, and lots of energy, so it’s a winning package to have somewhere that provides a smile, a nice mocha, and a safe place for Alex to be his unique self (plus there is free WiFi for if our 10 year old ventures here with us!).
A biggest thank you to Dean, Dena, Lucy, Harvey and Andrea and all of the staff for making us, especially little A, feel so safe and welcome, as him feeling comfortable in a space is often half the battle.

Awful, awful awful rude manager and Supervisor, would be nice to know you can't order in the cafe after 3.15 although the place is open until 5pm and
don't tell you they turn everything off at 4.30 so they can leave on time, not great customer service, Don't take autistic children, they do not treat them well either. The place is always very cold and a lot of the things not working properly, do not dare to mention that Used to be a really friendly place before these two took over.Thank goodness for the one member of staff who was pleasant.

First time back since it was closed due to covid. There has been a huge hike in the entry price at nearly 80% more than previously. The play area was clean and tidy but some things that weren't working previously still hadn't been fixed which was disappointing. Another disappointment was the cafe no longer doing free hot drink refills which with such a huge hike in the entry price you would expect this to still be in operation. The staff were excellent. Overall I would say there are much better options for a local at either Raze the Roof in Falmouth or if you have smaller children wheal play at heartlands which offers free hot drink refills and is nearly 10 pounds cheaper on entry. The kids enjoyed their visit but it certainly won't be a first choice for a day out with cheaper better options nearby available.

A wonderful fun filled play facility. With something for all young children. Well run, with a large soft play, plus other options such as play shop and extra large Lego. All clean and safe. With lovely friendly staff and food and drink while you keep an eye on the kiddies. The perfect place for babies and young children. We are lucky to have such a great place in Helston.

Amazing place for kids! Can’t believe I didn’t know this place until now ! Right next to Flambards.
The kids 3 and 1 really enjoyed it here , reasonably priced , they had an absolute riot . So much to do and very clean .
Staff super friendly and little cafe is ideal for food and drinks.
They are going to start doing birthday parties next year so I will ask about this for my sons 4th birthday in January.
We can’t wait to go back .

For under £20 for 2 adults and 2 children this was well worth the money. There is a lot of variety in soft play and the children can use their imagination in playing in the garage, cafe and such like, with lots of toys and even dress up costumes and books. There wasn't any time limit on how long you could stay in there and they even cater for parties. The food is quite reasonably priced and the staff are friendly. We'll worth a visit.

I've been to many soft play areas over my 16 years of mumhood, spent several years as trade account manager for Legoland, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures and was editor of Raring2go! parent magazine and directory so have been invited to review many kids' play spaces.....
But I choose to go to this one and I even do it regularly (with my 3 and 11 year children, not on my own!)
One2Eleven is clean, friendly, well run and excellent value for money. It's a safe, fun environment for my son to enjoy and explore and I even get to relax with a coffee (and a cheeky bacon roll) while he is off with his sister or making friends. We've been going every Friday for nearly a year (apart from lockdown, obviously) and it's a favourite for me and Stanley. Fantastic play equipment, interactive fun, role play with shops and dressing up and even a sensory room.
We've missed it and can't wait for its post lockdown reopening!
PS We had a birthday party here too - absolutely brilliant and I barely had to lift a finger! Perfect.

Would and could be lovely although the smell is very off-putting. Needs a good clean!! Plus the toilets had no soap they need a clean too.
