The service was good and a fantastic range of jams and chutneys to buy. We had the scones and lemon curd, they were delicious but extremely small which was a bit disappointing. We would go back to buy jams.

This is such a cute store with so many different varieties of condiments such as jams, dressing and chutneys. We didn’t get anything to eat in store but got a salad dressing to take home which was great.

A must visit if you’re heading to or through Berrima. A great selection of house made conserves and honeys, as well as a great little cafe in store offering the best scones ever! Try with the Lime curd and the jam !

This little store in Berrima is one of those gems you find when you get out and explore. Absolutely full of jams, chutneys, pickles and sauces all hand made on the premises. Sweet and savory is well catered for and the staff are very knowledgeable in relation to the product range. Cannot wait to finish the purchases from this visit as its a perfect excuse to visit again.

We often stop in here after a trip south - they have a huge range of (beautifully presented) jams, pickles, chutney and other condiments that can make nice small gifts for pet-sitters, mail collectors and other friends and helpers. The products are not cheap but they are produced on a small, local scale and prices are quite in line with what you would expect in such a tourist-oriented establishment. My only other comment is that the area where the products are displayed has a a bit of a sterile and impersonal 'bargain-basement' feel to it. Definitely not akin to a cozy, country cottage!

We arrived in berrima late in the day and were desperate for a coffee. Fortunately for us a lot of places were closed but the Little Hand Stirred Jam Shop was open so we thought it would do!! We were so pleasantly surprised. Great coffee and the best pear and ginger cake!! (Trying hard to find that recipe!). It’s more a shop than a cafe but I’d return in a heartbeat if we go back to berrima. Love the dressings and jams we bought so it was a win win for us.

Great products, fantastic service. Super yummy country casserole base which we have used pretty much every week and will need to head down to replenish! . The mango jam is delicious as is the mango & chili sauce. We will definitely be back!

Berrima is such a quaint and delightful little town, and this shop/cafe offers all the character of the town. Great local options available for purchase. Scones are some of the best we've ever had anywhere. Ice-cream flavours will attract old and young.

Looking for some lunch, so we dropped in here; happy to say we were not disappointed. The Ploughmans lunch was nice! We even went back for ice-cream for the drive home. Also bought some jams and honey!
